What a nice cabin, clean, well cared for, really a home with a cabin feeling. Loved the loft. Beautiful little lake without the ski/motorsport traffic so common on other lakes. Proximity to the Flambeau River is a big plus. Terri & Todd met us at the place and were extremely helpful in showing us the ropes. Really nice people. All the photos are accurate and there are no surprises. We will return if we come up the the area again.

We were totally thrilled with the whole experience. Our one disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. The abundance of things to do in the area will require returning often. Fishing was great. This is not your typical cabin. It is a home. Clean and comfortable, with the touches that make it special. The canoe trips on the Flambeau River are the icing on the cake. We will return.

Thank you Todd and Terry for making us feel so welcome at your beautiful cabin. The welcome basket of treats was so thoughtful. The lake was perfect fishing for our kids with lots of fish caught. The lake and neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. The cabin had all the comforts of home. This was the first family vacation (with 4 kids) that we were not ready to come home from! I would strongly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting or needing a quiet and relaxing vacation. We will be back!

Our stay at the cabin started with a warm welcome, in the form of a gift basket filled with campfire goodies. The kids enjoyed the water and fishing. My husband and I appreciated the peace and quiet of the woods and we all loved watching the wildlife. The cabin is a "home away from home."

The cabin was more than we expected. When we walked in and there was a basket full of treats and "WELCOME" on it that took our hearts. The cabin was very clean, very well maintained and decorated for the season. Todd and Teri were very helpful, prompted with returning calls and answering questions. Enjoyed the sites in the area, the locate restaurant had a very good fish fry. So thank you Todd and Teri for the great weekend. It was very much neated for the both of us.

Yes, it is exclusive. Yes, it is in the Northwoods. Yes, it is quiet (except for the nightly incoming barrage of mosquitoes ;) ). Yes, the hosts are friendly. Yes, the cabin is everything you can expect! My wife and 3 young sons enjoyed ourselves immensely with fishing, swimming, and chillaxin' around the cabin and the firepit. There was rain for a couple of days, so we ventured around the area to catch the sites. A big doe and her twin fawns were sighted down the road, stopping us in our steps to enjoy the spotting. We DEFINITELY recommend this haven for you to enjoy!

From: the Schiman's, (8-02-09) From the very beginning, we felt comfortable and settled in to what was going to be a wonderful week. From the quiet setting on Sunday night, to the perfectly calm lake in the morning, we began to relax and enjoy the pleasure of the up-north experience. We had no problems with the boat launch and really enjoyed the crappie action all week. We probably caught 100, a dozen bass and many bluegill throughout the week too. We spent 5 hours on the Flambeau and enjoyed every minute. BEAUTIFUL! ! ! We had fun swimming, biking in the area east of LaClair lake, and just settled in to how beautiful your place is. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy something that you have put so much of your time into. Great job, Todd and Terri. Take care and have a good life, we may need to make contact again....... Four of us were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful cabin for a week this July. Todd and Terri have done a wonderful job in making the cabin comfortable, clean and welcoming. They truly treat you like friends and share every amenity in the cabin. Lake Letourneau is a great, quiet lake pefect for a serene vacation. We were greeted every morning by calling loons, soaring bald eagles and even a fox one day. From sitting by the firepit at night to swimming off the dock in the day, we had a fantastic visit with zero complaints! We can't wait to return! Thank you, Todd and Terri!

We stayed at the cabin for 8 great days of Ruffed Grouse and Woodcock hunting with two other couples. Five of us hunted and 1 enjoyed the quiet of the cabin and quilted. Although we ate out a couple of nights, we also cooked our evening meals at the cabin -- which was nice after hunting all day. With 6 adults, we managed to all shower and not run into each other with the 1 bathroom -- good planning on our part. The fishing off the dock was fun and so was just sitting around the firepit with a good glass of wine enjoying the view. This is a nice spot away from it all with good amenities to make your stay warm and comfortable. Thanks Terri and Todd for creating a wonderful get-away!
