We loved this location, away from the craziness of Spring Break party beaches & instead a quiet beach area with more space, more family than anything, very little high rise rentals, mostly homes. This was a perfect spot for a family vacation if you are looking to be outside the busy hustle of touristy stuff. The beach is close, the Fort Morgan State Park is worth the visit, such a cool area! The beach down Cortez Dr is the best location to walk right across the road. Would highly recommend the location! The condo was well maintained, such a nice set up with TV's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms & nicely decorated with every amenity you'd need to chill out & have a great week! Will definitely return to this home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Some friends and I where in Gulf Shores for the Hangout Festival this year and booked this cottage/duplex on short notice. What can I say? The place is fantastic! Inside and out the place was just perfect and had more than enough sleeping room for me and my friends. Its located on the Fort Morgan pennisula about 15 minutes from downtown Gulf Shores and makes for a relaxing retreat from the tourist crowds that often overwhelm the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach areas. I will definitely be coming back sometime in the near future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Absolutely loved the Condo. Very nicely equipped, comfortable, feels very 'homey'. We were so busy the whole vacation that we didn't get to check out the pool & hot tub until the last day and it was very enjoyable. We definetly plan on coming back next summer.
