  My group has rented the Moon for the past two years for our annual Men's Winter Weekend getaway. Everyone has been extremely satisfied and we will be coming back again in 2013. This is a very comfortable place with ample living space. My groups of 5 or 6 guys particular likes that we can all have our own space. In other places that we have rented for winter ski trips, we were often cramped into small bedrooms and had to sleep in bunk beds. That was okay to a point, but we are getting a little older now and like it when we can get normal beds and have more privacy. This is what we have at the Blue Moon. Campton is very convenient to Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain and the Franconia Notch area. We have skied and snow shoe-ed in this area and used the Blue Moon as our base. Works out great. The Rec Center down the road is really handy and well maintained. Then, of course. our group likes a few beers at night and the nearby Mad River Tavern fulfills that need. We have met a bunch of friendly people around town. The Woodstock Inn and Brewery in N. Woodstock is also a favorite. Lots to do day and night. Or as we also have done, we'll just stay in for the night and either cook a meal or get some take-out. I highly recommend this warm, quiet and comfortable retreat. The owners are really nice people, the house is just as nice as advertised and very affordable. You can't go wrong. SCS

  Great place for a family vacation. We had a really good time at Molly's house. She responded right away to any questions or problems we had there and resolved them quickly. My 2.5 year old daughter loved the pool at the club house and I enjoyed working out at the gym there. There are planty activities for everyone and we didn't have enough time to see and do everything we wanted to.

  If you're looking for a great get away that combines fun activities, breathtaking scenery and a cozy homebase for relaxing, then check out the Blue Moon. The house has all the amenities you'd need - great bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen, topnotch barbecue, deck, TV/DVD with an excellent movie selection for downtime, and a washer/dryer for freshening up all the towels you'll use at the pool. And did I mention the hammock!? The rec centre is super close by and the heated pools were lots of fun. Kids will also like the beach, paddle boats and basketball court. And the gym has great equipment. Everything is nearby - outlet shopping, amazing hikes, and quaint New England towns. With a cleaner working their magic between every set of guests, the Blue Moon was totally spic and span on arrival. We'll definitely be staying at the Blue Moon again!

  I recently stayed at the Blue Moon with my two kids and another family of 5. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is clean and bright with everything we needed to prepare dinner for a large group. The pool on the property was great and it was so close to Waterville for skiing. We will definately be staying again. Thank you to Molly for offering such a great place for a get away!

  We stayed here back in March and had a fantastic time. So much so, we were talking about renting it out again this March.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here back in March of 2009 with another couple. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves, the fire place was great and the rec center was the highlight of our nights. We are aready considering a midsummer getaway!

  We stayed a week in August and just wanted to add to the other review. We came with two toddlers and this house had everything to entertain kids with...Excellent kid and adult movies, game room/kid room, the wonderful massage chair and a nice yard. The development was beautiful and we were able to see a lot of deer! We hope to be back. Owners were very kind throughout the whole process...Mary & Jim

  We came to Blue Moon and were pleasantly surprised that it was as nice as we had hoped. There were sufficient rooms and beds for our family which were spaced out on three floors giving us the privacy we appreciated. The cottage was clean and neat and had everything we needed. There was a terrific massage chair upstairs which was better than we expected, and a cool hammock outside among the trees which was perfect for relaxing! The property is part of a development which provides a recreation center which has 2 indoor, 1 outdoor pool, a small lake with rowing and peddle boating, tennis and volley ball courts and lots of books and movies to rent. We didn't use all the amenities but were happy they were there; just in case. We spent time at the Flume and Cannon Mountain which were enjoyable. And when the weather was cold and rainy we went to the local outlet mall. We had to travel a bit to get places, but we felt it was worth it for the property itself. The owner was efficient and always reachable by phone. All in all, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to a friend.
