Offers 3 large, high-ceilinged bedrooms (queen bed/queen bed/ 2 twin beds) and a huge recreation/media room (with full size futon, dart board, ping pong and foosball table).
Grounds are lushly landscaped (shy 1 acre) and offer great privacy. Large screened in porch with dining table, couch and chairs for those great Hamptons evenings. Mahogany deck with gas grill for cooking and entertaining. Outdoor shower. House offers use of all beach and pool toys including boogie boards, beach chairs, portable grill for beach BBQs, wagon, etc. House is kid friendly, crib and pool fence available upon request.
