Also close by is the Sea Pines Beach Club, with food, drink and live music. Around Hilton Head are dozens of fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Why the Owner Chose Lawton Woods
It's got great restaurants, gorgeous beaches and wildlife, and we can drive there in an afternoon. I've grown up going to Sea Pines ever since my family first came there in 1966.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love riding our bikes around Hilton Head, going to the Nature Preserve, Harbor Town, and the Beach. We also love swimming in the pool and relaxing with friends there. Our home is a short walk to the beach, which I love.

We so enjoyed our stay in this darling cottage! Beautiful hardwood floors. Large kitchen with farm table great for shrimp boils and family card games. Convenient to the beach and stables. Short bike ride to the Nature Center park. Also convenient to Turtle Lane Beach Club.

Great house for 2 families. Living area separate from bedrooms so you don't have to be quiet while others are sleeping. Great outdoor space with pool and big play area. Quick walk to the beach!

Great House. Our daughter lived in the heated pool. Short bike to the beach and restaurants. House is all one one level with no steps so easy for handicapped access.
