Newly opened townhome at the beach, in a private and intimate row of 20 townhomes called Miramar Beach Villas. Our home is just a few steps to the pool and hot tub, and a few more steps to the white beaches that Destin is famous for. The Shoppes of Miramar Beach are scheduled for completion in 2008, and are across from the deeded beach access entrance to our new villas.
Walk along the beach or along the walking path to local restaurants. This is a family friendly home community and area. A shopper's mecca, with Silversands Outlet Mall and Sandestin Baytowne Wharf approximately one mile away. Destin Commons, an upscale outdoor shopping venue, is approximately five miles away. If golf is your game, there are numerous top rated courses minutes away.

This condo more then met our expectations! We were very pleased with it's location and the over all quality of the condo. My wife can be very particular about where she stays, so when she was happy, I knew this was a nice place. The furnishing and decorations were well done, and the beach is just across the street, with a private access. In addition, the pool area is @ 50 yards from the front door of the condo. I would highly reccommend this townhome to anyone traveling to the Destin area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We found this location on line and were so pleased with the home and the neighbors. It was right across the street from the beach so you weren't overwhelmed by beach traffic or noise, but close enough to where you were on the private beach in a short 3 minute walk. The home is new and clean and nicely decorated, with plenty of room. We brought four teenagers and they had their space and my wife and I had our space. Nice master bathroom. The management company was very attentive to our needs. Make sure to get a lesson on how to operate the huricane doors if you don't already know how to lock them.

Great place to stay. A few minutes walk to the beach (right across scenic 98). Just far enough away that you don't have to hear or see the 98 traffic. The pool on premise is wonderful. The unit itself was extremely clean and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with utensils if you plan to cook while you are there. We traveled with 4 kids and would absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in Miramar Beach in this great townhouse. Very comfortable, high quality townhouse. Great to be able to park right in front of the unit. Location was convenient, just east of the beach traffic. Super-fast internet access. Beach was just a short walk through the parking lot and across the street. Other neighbors we saw were vacationers ranging from twenty-somethings to seniors and were quiet and friendly. We had plenty of room for two families and my 7 year-old loved the hallway bunkbeds.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
