  We loved the condo, so near to the beach and a lovely view. We really appreciated all the extra ammenities that made our stay really comfortable.

  LOVED this unit! We've stayed in many units at One Seagrove Place over the last few years, but this was by far our favorite! Fabulous view, comfortable beds, great use of space in the second bedroom with the full bed and bunk beds. Comfortable furniture; many extras and amenities that most owners don't think to provide! I also appreciated her prompt responses to inquiries I had. We'll definitely be renting this unit from this owner in the future!

  We recently stayed at Friends on the Beach with our son and his friends. The master suite was great for my husband and I ... and we loved the oceanfront view. The setup was perfect for the boys, as well. The second bedroom has a full bed and set of bunk beds with an adjoining bathroom, which worked out great. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The complex is nicely maintained and offers a fitness room and heated pool. You simply can't beat the location or the view! We would absolutely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Had a great time at the beach last weekend. Condo had a great location. Decorated very nice. Beautiful view of the beach. Would stay here next time.

  Decided to have a weekend away for my husband's birthday. Great condo with very nice beach decor and good furniture ( not the cheap wicker and glass table top that most beach condos have ). Lots of room on the balcony for entertaining and sunbathing. Great beach access Great place to visit. Tons of great shopping and dining just minutes away. Already planning another visit and would rent this condo again. Maybe next time, I will want to bring my teens ( OR NOT ! )

  we had a great time...this was the first time we had been to Seagrove Beach. The weather and water was awesome, perfect time of year for a vacation. The property was very clean and all the ammenities you told us about was there, including kids toys and water supplies. We will recommend this property to our friends and would rent from you again. We did have a problem and had to call the maintenance lady who was there in a timely manner. The power went out on the whole side where the dining room table and kitchen stove is located (one of the circuit breakers went completely out). Also, all the sliding doors were off track and they were fixed in a very efficient and timely manner. KUDOS to your cleaning lady. We will rent from you again. The CAUBLES

  We really enjoyed our stay at Friends on the Beach. It was our babies first beach stay. We made many first family memories. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice and the property was well kept. The atmosphere was very low key and relaxing. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. The owners were very informative and prompt with all transactions. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

  We stayed at Friends on the Beach during Spring Break 2012. We have never been to the Seagrove Beach area and I have to say, we were very impressed!! We didn't want to stay around the "normal" Spring Break rowdy crowd and Seagrove Beach offers that. The area is very family oriented and the food is great. The condo to include the entire building was clean and well-maintained and the listing accurately reflects the condo's apperance and amenities. Thanks for everything Reba. We will be back!

  Very nice condo, decorated nicely and was great for our needs. Nice to have the bunk beds in second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you!

  I have stayed at this condo twice this year. When I want to go to the gulf coast, I look no further for a place to stay. The condo is very nice, all you could want in a nice warm place to stay. The owner is so nice and wants everything to be just right for the visitors to her condo. The only problem I have when I stay at Seagrove Beach is I don't want to go home after being there!!
