Enjoy the sounds of the surf as you relax in this beautiful second floor unit in Windsor Place II. Professionally decorated, (new furniture arriving before spring 2012) this villa has a spectacular view of the ocean, grounds and pool, visible from the living and dining areas and two of the bedrooms.
This unit provides you with state of the art electronics - a new 47 inch LCD flat screen television in the living room with digital High Definition DVR and DVD player, MP3 speaker, WI-FI Internet connection, and an additional flat screen television with DVD player in the alcove. Each of the bedrooms also have flat screen televisions.
Guests are provided with unlimited nationwide long distance telephone service. One hour per day of court time at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is also included.
You will cherish your morning coffee as well as your evening gathering on this large balcony that borders not only the living room and breakfast area but also one of the master suites. Watching the dolphins swim and play in the waves or the deer coming out at dusk from their hidden sanctuaries will make you never want to leave this inviting setting. The kitchen is well stocked and features granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. The main master suite has a separate balcony, also overlooking the ocean and grounds. It features a private bath with garden jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
When you drive into this complex you will immediately be aware of the 3.5 million dollar renovation that was completed in the spring of 2008, refreshing all exterior areas of the buildings as well as providing a great deal of new landscaping and a new shallow children's pool with beach style entrance and umbrella fountain.
Private beach access leads to the pristine wide sand where you can collect shells, ride bicycles or take a stroll and enjoy the gorgeous sunrises or sunsets. While staying in Palmetto Dunes plantation you have access to tennis, golf (3 courses), bicycle and walking paths, kayaking, shopping, restaurants, spas and evening entertainment.

We love love love this condo. It is so spacious and completely equipped with everything our family needed to have a wonderful vacation. Bedrooms are big with plenty of drawers and space in the closets. The kitchen is completely stocked with cooking equipment and dishes, the table is big enough that we could all sit around, enjoy dinner together or play games. The nook with the 2 chairs and TV was perfect for the kids video game set up. Breakfast on the balcony was my favorite way to start the day and we really enjoyed the two gas grills by the pool, cooking and hanging out after a day at the beach was a perfect ending to our day. I have to mention the beautiful view and that we were steps away from the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, it made our family vacation perfect!

We just returned from Hilton Head. This is a great condo. Plenty of room and the deck is great! Windsor II is very nice with a great pool. We also enjoyed the grilling area at the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from Hilton Head and I already miss your beautiful condo and the gorgeous view. Your condo was awesome and so well equipped that we wanted for nothing. The beds were so comfortable and having three bathrooms was a definite plus. My family totally enjoyed our stay there, in fact so much that we reserved for next year at the same time. Our family rated the condo, furnishings, and location one of the best in our many vacations to S.Carolina. This was our adult children's first trip to HHI and the superior accommodations at this Windsor II condo were an important component to their coming away with a very favorable impression of HHI. This 3 bedroom condo is the nicest we've stayed at in Palmetto Dunes in the last 5 years at Hilton Head. My husband and I stayed for a week 4/19-26, 2008 and it was wonderful. Very well appointed and decorated - everything you need is there and everything is exceptionally comfortable. An amazing and lovely view that we miss already and we've only been home a few hours!
