    We spent 6 nights in this beautiful apartment in January 2013. It boasts a great location a short walk from the riverfront with a huge choice of restaurants, the transit stop and all the attractions of Southbank. The place was clean, had good AC (a must) and a nice pool and fitness centre. The kitchen is modest, but functional. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with a shower only, the main bathroom has a tub and the laundry. There is a decent grocery store right across the street and an excellent wine shop at the end of block. Great place for our large family of seven. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Melbourne.

    This is an amazing apartment, the pictires don't do it justice. As you walk thru the front door, the Melbourne skyline apperas in front of you. 200ms to a tram and a Foodworks across the street. Crown precinct and Southbank just 300ms awayThe owner was very helpful in the whole process. Can't wait to return!

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    What a fantastic place to stay, so close to central Melbourne. Would highly recommend this sub-penthouse, ease of booking and communication was outstanding.

    Aside from the amazing views this penthouse has to offer (which of course are always a plus), the location within the city was fabulous. The home is located in the middle of town, near all the shopping, sites, and transit locations. It was clean, secure, and well stocked of everyday necessities. If anything was missing the conceirge had it delivered. It slept our traveling party of 7 adults comfortably, and each of us enjoyed the home. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Melbourne, we look forward to visiting again in the future and will stay here with no doubt.

    We found it ideal for our needs, ideally situated for our overseas guests, and very comfortable. Not easy to accomodate 6 adults together and would have needed 3 hotel rooms. It would have split the family up. This apartment allowed us to stay together, cook and eat together.

    Seven of us enjoyed staying in this apartment - the view is stunning and it is conveniently located for Southbank and CBD activities. The apartment is well laid out and spacious. We had a great time in Melbourne - made better by having a lovely apartment to come 'home' to.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

    Jason, thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment. It was more than comfortable for 3 couples, one 3 year old, a one year old and a six month old baby. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities were all more than adequate. The views were amazing, and we were close to South Bank and the Crown Casino precint. It was only a short walk to the CBD to catch the free Circle tram, and it was in easy walking distance of Ethiad Stadium and the MCG. Our family had an enjoyable time there!

    The furniture is actually quite worn and dirty. The carpets are very stained and dirty, and the blinds (and there are many blinds in this apartment!!) either are broken or very dirty! Our linens were stained and dirty, and we found dead bugs as well. As far as quality of furnishings and accessories, it is not good, and not luxury standard whatsoever. I think the owner lives away and hopefully has become aware of the condition and will make the necessary improvements!

    Owner response: As a responsible owner trying to provide the best possible experience for guests I regularly ask for direct feedback from guests and input on areas that could be improved. Kelly stayed with us initially from 28 Feb for over 1 week. At no stage during that week did Kelly inform me of anything sub-standard, she actually wrote me informing me that they had enjoyed their week. At this point if the apartment was sub-standard I would have expected the guest not to choose to stay with us again. The guest also told me that they had bought quite a few things such as cleaning products a baby bed and high chair to use during their stay and requested a secure place for them to store these things as they were going to leave Melbourne but had chosen to stay with us again the following week. Unfortunately I was unable to accommodate their request to securley store personal items in their absence. Prior to their return I became aware of some breakages of blinds, iron and other incidentals that I had repaired or replaced. I then wrote to guest to check to see if everything was satisfactory in their stay. In response guest made no mention of these things that were previously brought to my attention but responded that washing machine and dryer were broken. I received a follow up email next day stating this was NOT the case and all was well. At this time the guests requested a late check out which I could not provide as new guests were coming in. After this I had no further responses from guest. I did not receive an indication from this guest of any feedback like that in this review. I appreciate constructive feedback and act on all feedback from guests. Since the 2 months since Kelly stayed and wrote this delayed review with us I have received glowing feedback from many guests.

    This apartment was beautiful, perfectly located, and had terrific views from the 34th floor. It was clean and well equipped. We had a great time in Melbourne, and having the great apartment to come home to was most of the reason. Check in was easy, but it would have been nice to have a small orientation packet- how to turn on th3 TV, where the nearest food stores are, etc. We will definitely go back there when we return to Melbourne.

    Our family of 5 stayed in the penthouse for a week. There is plenty of room, the views are great, the location is perfect for inner city enjoyment and all facilities in the apartment are first rate. Great value and recommended.

    We would stay here again and recommend it to friends. The apartment was clean, well equipped (tv with cable, internet access, dishwasher etc.), spacious and had fantastic views. And the location was perfect. The only reason not to give it 5 stars was the fact that the towels, linens, some cookware & cooking utensils could be updated for the price of this unit.

    I stayed here with 6 of my friends over new years, the location was great, only a short walk from the Crown Casino complex, Art Gallery and tram stops that will take you into the major shopping centres. The room it self was perfect, 3 double beds and a sofa bed gave everyone enough privacy and comfort. The view from the room was also incredible. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone.

    Excellent value accomodation! My family of 4 includes two adult children who need their own bedrooms, so we all were accomodated quite will for far less than three hotel rooms. The views are wonderful, the access to South Bank was great, and the Milk Bar was just out the front door. I'd stay here again!

    My family of 6 stayed for 4 magical nights. We enjoyed the bedazzled skyline at night and the rich tapestry of sights, smells, and sounds during the day. Our time in the apartment was a feast for all our senses and we utterly enjoyed every moment of it. With Melbourne sprawled out at our feet, sumptuous furniture, amazing kitchen and rooms with killer views we made some amazing memories. The apartment was exemplary and communication with our host/owner couldn’t be easier despite being located on either end of the world. Fuss free inner city living, escapism, pure unadulterated funfest for discerning guests looking for accommodation that can boast being the other jewel in the crown of Melbourne.

    We spent 3 weeks in the apartment with our 5 children. I can honestly say that everybody was comfortable with the facilities. With the great views and convenient location for the CBD and transport links, we were able to easily get about without the need to use a car. Would definately stay there again.

    Where do i begin? The apartment was everything and more than I and the other 7 guests thought it would be. The apartment comfortably slept the 8 of us with no hassles. The views were simple amazing. The city at dawn is unbelievable. The location of the apartment was very central. 2 minute walk from the Crown Complex and about 15 to the city or $8 by taxi. Would definitely recommend to all!!!!

    We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, perfectly located, high above the city on the 34th floor. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool, and the views and accommodations were superb. Excellent kitchen and dining area as well. We'll be back again.

    We had a great time at Melbourne Tower. The apartment was very smart and clean with fabulous views. Heather was very helpful and hung around for us for quite a while as we didn't know where we were going! My only comments on the apartment was the lighting in the sitting room which could do with some side lights and the sofas weren't very comfortable (but cool!). Some instructions for the light switch/washing machine switch would be helpful for the rather dim guests like me! The location was absolutely fantastic. It was in the right place for everywhere we needed to go and so nice to be able to wander to the river for dinner. In a perfect world it would be great to have a list of restaurants and take aways that were really good but we found some good ones anyway. I will send any friends and family would are travelling from England in your direction. Thanks

    I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights (March 28 - April 3) with my wife, our 2 young sons, and my wife's parents. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. I can't recommend it enough, especially for a group like ours. It's great to be so close to everything and have all the amenities at your fingertips. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the casino and southbank was great for all. We look forward to staying again soon. Fantastic.
