I just had the pleasure of staying at David's Villa at Reunion Resort. David was a pleasure to deal with. The house was pristine, it has a great layout and is very private (one of our selling points). We stayed at another villa for two days before - it was cute but had no neccessities, so when we got to David's villa and there were supplies and a starter "pack" with cleaning supplies, toiletries, even popcorn...it was really nice and after the last house very much appreciated! Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking for a great vacation home getaway in Orlando. Upon our arrival, the home was spotless and it was clear that the description and ammenities were exactly as described. The rooms are spatious, the kitchen has everything you need and the pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The kids loved the pool while we BBQ'd on the patio every night. The backyard is very private backing on to a conservation area and the neighbouring yards are not visible. The home is 10 minutes from Disney and and local grocery stores are just minutes away. David did everything he could to ensure our needs were met. This place is perfect to enjoy the parks by day and enjoy a relaxing night at home with all the ammnities you will ever need. We have been to a series of places in the past but nothing comes close to this place and Reunion. The golf, waterparks and facilities make for a no better getaway. I would highly recomend David's home. David, we will be back shortly!

This house is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. Everything was new and spotless. This was one of those rare occasions where ones high expectations are exceeded. The quality of the house itself was matched by the personalized and attentive communication with the owner. The resort is really good as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was impeccably clean and tasteful in the house--the photos online, which show the house very nicely furnished, actually don't reflect how nice the house is. Your diligence with the arrangements made everything very efficient. It was truly a great experience. Reunion is a good resort for our family. The golf facility is very nice, as are the water park and the rounds in general. It is also centrally located--we found Legoland, Disney, Sea World

Upon our late arrival the place was so welcoming and so well equipped that it became a home from home within hours. Everthing is so well taken care of from the moment you request a provisional booking to the time you arrive. This homestead lacks for nothing, just bring yourself and make endearing memories with your family.

This fabulous villa really made our family holiday to Orlando a wonderful experience. The hosts could not do enough to help us and make us feel at home very quickly. The location and accommodation really is superb and we can not rate it highly enough. if your looking for luxury and a central location then this is it!

This is a fabulous property, beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need for your stay. Spotlessly clean (when I say spotless I really mean spotless!!) Its like staying in a top notch hotel, there are even robes provided with all the linens and towels of very high quality. We were working at a conference nearby but made time to get up early and walk around the golf course which is 5 mins from the house and very peaceful/picturesque. The master bedroom is out of this world and the bathroom is enormous! I didnt want to leave it :) If you are considering this property, don't hesitate, I promise you wont regret it! Both David (the owner) and the management company were very helpful and super quick to respond to our enquiries. Thank you!

I spent four days at David's condo with my husband and 3 kids. Not only was the place amazing, well decorated, extremely clean, it was everything we needed to make our stay at the reunion comfortable. The ammenities are fantastic, the kids loved the water park and the location was excellent. David, was extremely informative and made the process of booking and arriving go very smoothly. I will definitely be coming back to Reunion and will be contacting David so I can stay here again. Thanks again David and I will definitely be recommending your condo to others.

My wife and I with our 3 children aged 14,12, and 7 stayed at this really beautiful house for 2 weeks and without doubt had the best holiday we have ever had. The location of the house could not be bettered on the fantastic Reunion resort. We were not overlooked and the veiws from the pool were of a very pretty conservation area. All the rooms are very spacious and furnished to a very high standard.This house is deffinatley worthy of a 5 star rating in every way and was a complete pleasure to come back to after a long day out at the parks. David, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more helpful. The recommendations he made regarding Reunion and the area in general proved to be very valuble. None of us wanted to leave and would return tomorrow if it were possible

We took advantage of your many tips such as Celebration (amazing on Halloween), Manny’s Chop House, and Animal Kingdom was our favourite park. Had the most fantastic time staying at 5 Star Orlando. The whole experience from initial enquiry, through the booking, the welcome and the stay were first class. Everything looked and sounded great in the photographs and in the descriptions but they really didn’t prepare me for what 5 Star Orlando was actually like. The house is a gem, a real find, outstanding quality in a perfect setting. 5 Star really doesn’t do it justice, its beautiful, tastefully furnished and to the highest standards. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Convenient Home with Great Owners!

We had a great time!!!! This was our first time staying off the Disney property with the children. Having a home to come back to at the end of the day was wonderful. The home was beautiful and very welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The family sitting area allowed the children to spend time with the grandparents; rather than everyone going back to their individual hotel rooms. The pool was relaxing as was the outside sitting area. We went out to eat three of the nights we were there, but the rest we enjoyed the comforts of the home kitchen both inside and outside along with the nice dining area to spend relaxing meals with the family. The proximity to the parks was also incredible! I think we got to the parks quicker than we do when on the property. In closing the hospitality of the owners to me surpasses everything I have said above about the home. I can not say enough about their kindness. They were always easy to get in touch with and responded very promptly. They offered excellent insights and recommendations about Disney and the Orlando area. This did not feel like a rental experience but rather friends welcoming us to their home. We would love the opportunity to stay with David again and will be in touch soon. We decided to purchase season passes this year. So will be scheduling our return soon. Thanks again for sharing your home.

Hi David, It was the best holiday that we have ever had - we will certainly be recommending the villa to anyone we hear going to Orlando. We used the waterpark - kids loved it and it was a relaxing day for us as the kids could just take themselves away and we didn't need to worry - food was good and reasonably priced. We used another pool - Eagles Cove I think (the one by the gym) - food good and reasonably priced. The boys used the gym about 4 times - very impressed. Most of our rest days were at our own private pool - amazing. We think you should buy another villa in Captiva and furnish it to the standard of 7720 so we can book that for 2013 - you know we plan ahead! We ate at the 11th floor restaurant - bit shocked at the price of the bill. Food was lovely though and watched the fireworks - they even offered to light the fire but we had to refuse as it was 92 degrees!! Jeeves Management - Paul - what a great person - knows the area really well - gave us some good tips for restaurants (we used one 7 times in Celebration - DanAntonios) and beaches (Clearwater - we visited twice)!! Kids were all really excited to see a crocodile on the golf course - just at the top of Linkside! Thank you for recommending CarHire3000 we used them - and as norm with all your recommendations perfect! Thank you very much for letting us use your property and giving us a very happy memory.

Perfect Florida accommodation

After finding this property on the Internet I made an enquiry for our selected dates, which was answered promptly. I went ahead and booked but had to change the dates later on, which was sorted out by the owners with no problem. Upon arrival the villa was spotless and beautifully presented with first class furnishings, fixtures an fittings. The villa was very spacious and allowed my family members to have their own space in total comfort. The beds were amazingly comfortable living up to the 5 star rating of this property. The pool area was spacious and had good quality and vert comfortable furniture. The pool was a good size, very quiet and private with fantastic views of a conservation area. There was a need to call the management company for an issue with the TV (my Dad had pressed a button and no picture was displayed). They came around promptly and sorted it out straight away. The resort was very well kept with great views and a brilliant onsite waterpark. If you are looking for affordable luxury in Orlando with a great villa close to the parks but peaceful enough to relax if you have had a busy couple of days at Disney then this is the place for you. 5 out of 5.

We were three adult couples and found the house absolutely perfect for our needs.The house was clean, well- equipped, and comfortably appointed. Some of our party took advantage of the proximity of DisneyWorld but others had a completely Disney free time, enjoying visits to basketball and ice hockey matches, St Petersburg and Tampa as well as nearby Celebration where we found some very pleasant restaurants. On days when we chose to self- cater, the close proximity of a good supermarket and the well- appointed kitchen, made this a very easy choice. We would definitely consider a return visit when we next need some winter sun

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful area. The golf courses, water parks, and gorgeous park like grounds are one of a kind. Disney parks, airport & great shopping is all within 15 minutes; making for a stress free vacation. I highly recommend this house in a safe gated community.

This is an outstanding property in a fabulous resort. We had stayed in a Reunion condo before, but this was the first time in single-family house. Although the condo was very nice, the peace and quite of having your own house is beyond comparison. The home's location was on the back end of development, with a beautiful view of the conservation area. Since there is nothing behind the house, you could enjoy the Egrets and other birds without interruption. Each of the rooms was 5-Star luxury. We highly recommend David's properties for a great vacation and outstanding value. Being only a few miles from Disney is a plus also..

We had a great time in this gorgeous villa at the lovely Reunion resort. Although the resort is geared towards golf (none of us actually play!) the restaurant, pools & facilities onsite enabled us to have a great time. And it's location was ideal for getting to all the parks and getting out in the evening.

Hi David You have a beaufiful appointed home in a great Resort. The house was very inviting and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The Tommy Bahama decor was elegant and the home felt open and airy. A nice pool on a quiet lot made for some nice evenings. David, your help with navigating the Orlando was very helpful. Wow, what a lovely home. Such a great place to stay with plenty of room and home comfort for everyone. Reunion itself was immaculate and service was top notch all the way. The water park was great for the family, not only the splash zone for the kids, but the lazy river and slide, too. The poolside service was good, especially liked the frozen Pina Coladas. Disney and amusement parks are a mere 15-20 minutes drive. David's home was even more impressive than the photos show. Don't hesitate to book - we shall definitely be back next year.

The house was fabulous and more than exceeded our expectations. This was the second time that we stayed at Reunion but decided to rent directly with the owner to save money. We were extremely satisfied with our vacation experience. The house, itself, was very nice and included all the amenities of home. It looked as good as the photos, if not better. It was nice to receive more for less. The house was far more superior from the previous house rented directly through Reunion. It was also great working with David who was very responsive and helpful, providing detailed info about the resort and the house. Thanks to the wonderful house, we had a great vacation and are looking forward to returning.

The house is beautiful. The pictures are exactly what the house is like. David is wonderful to work with always helpful, and so quick with any answers you might have. The location is a very great spot, very convenient to get around. The resort has all that you would want if you never wanted to leave. Please give David's house a try you will be very glad you did. He and his house made our vacation great.
