Dear Adriana, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Villa Rosa. We had several condo's to choose from and we are very happy with our decision. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and have great memories of our stay. I especially loved the balcony and the beautiful view. We spent our evenings having drinks and dinner watching the boats and gorgeous sunsets. I was sad to leave but reality awaits. We'll remember you for our next visit to St. Thomas. Dear Adriana: We've just returned from our holidays at your villa.It was really an awesome experience,and we are willing to tell you that,despite the weather didn't help much(too many showers and few sunshine)we enjoyed our meals and drinks at your gorgeous balcony,great views!!!Very comfortable matress to rest after a lot of activites(shopping,snorkeling,visiting every spot by car)We hope that this will not be our last visit,and definetely we will return to your place. We just got back from our 10 days ST. Thomas vacation. In short we had a wonderful time. The condo we rented from Adriana has a perfect location. The view from balcony and living room is breathtaking. You can easily forget all the stress in midst of the green trees and the blue ocean. I love nature and Adriana¢s condo is a perfect place to enjoy the nature from dawn to dusk. The constant sea breeze is so relaxing. My husband and my kids enjoyed the pools in the resort. We all loved the nature¢s trail and my kids were also thrilled to see the Iguanas at the resort. Even though we had a rental car, it is worth mentoning that beaches like Sapphire and Cokie are very close to this resort. We took one day car ferry from Red Hook to St. John which is again very close to the resort. The staffs at the Resort are very responsive and above all Adriana is so friendly and helpful. I would like to go back again and will recommend others to go and enjoy this beautiful condo and heavenly place."

My vacation at you condo was great. The view as beautiful and we had our resident lizzard which my granddaugther was excited to see. The food at fungi was a little pricey for the amount that they gave you, but granddaugther played with the daugther of the lady that runs the shop across form the check in desk and the father works at fungi. The lady that work the check in desk on tuesday til we check out was so sweet. The cable was a little tricky to work, but the front desk told us how to reset it and it was fine we walked the beach and talked to other residents who had their pets there. We had a wonderful time. Everything went as planned and the condo was a great place to stay. I can't think of any issues we had inside the condo and it was clean upon arrival. The ice trays were even full, so we could have a cold drink right away! Everything meet our expectations. The staff at Point Pleasant was very friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the breeze and the bushes/trees directly in front of the balcony were cut low enough to see over with great views towards the islands. We were amazed at having no bugs, etc, bothering us as we sat outside in the evenings and the area was quiet and peaceful. We checked out snorkeling gear for a few days and that was great. The lower level pool was closed for repairs, but that was ok as we used the pool close to Agrave as it had an excellent view while relaxing by the pool. We felt very much at home and thank you for having such a wonderful place. It was a great setting for our 25th Anniversary and we saw so much, especially having our own car. We spent 2 days in St. Johns and another at the BVI. My wife and I are early people, so we were out and about by 8 am every morning. The close proximity of your condo to Red Hook was very convenient. Dear Adriana, We had a marvelous time there. We arrived much later than anticipated, but the security staff there at the gate knew who we were when we finally arrived around ten PM (thanks to American Airlines non-on time arrivals) and they escorted us to your wonderful condo. We were especially pleased to discover a bottle of Cruzan Rum and a can of Coke on on the dining table when we arrived. When we we woke up in the morning we were dazzled by the wonderful view. Your condo is very well appointed except for one thing. This may sound silly but it would be really nice to have a cutting board (and possibly a few sharp knives). My companion and I are both cooks and we rely on those kind of ameneties The only other thing was no instructions for operating the TV. We are not TV people. We arrived with a couple of DVD's from Netflix which we were able to watch by changing the input setting using the remote. Just before we left I thought I should reset the TV to be able to access the cable or sattelite channels but all I could do was access a bunch of music channels. I could not figure out how to access the TV channels at all. We are radio people and never watch TV but your future guests may have different priorities. That being said, we loved Point Pleasant. It was a great choice and we are looking forward to going back soon. Point Pleasant is definitely THE PLACE to stay. Thank you so much for persuading me to to rent your condo. Evan

Hey Adriana, Your place at Pt Pleasant was beautiful, exactly what we had hoped for. The only problem was that I got sick before we got off the plane, and was a mess the whole week! It's a good thing you have an amazing view from the balcony, because that is where we spent nearly all of our time. (My husband set up a bed for me out there so I could at least see the sun) Thank you for sharing it with us, it truly was exactly what we were looking for. Hi Adriana, We just got home last night late. We went over to St. Croix for 7 days after we left Point Pleasant so we had a nice long vacation. We really enjoyed staying in your condo and were able to relax for a few days. The view from the deck couldn't have been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable.
