We have recently put our family get-away back on the rental market after many UPGRADES and RENOVATIONS! There is no more FAMILY FRIENDLY oceanfront unit on Fripp Island as we offer the beach at our front door and our OWN pool (limited to guests of Phase I and II) at our backdoor! Our unit is located in the center of the island, adjacent to the Beach Club and the adult and Olympic pools, the newly renovated fitness center, fine dining at the Beach Club Restaurant or casual dining at the Food Court, The Fripp Island Racquet Club and speciality shopping cabanas, providing easy access to everything on Fripp Island. Additionally, Ocean Point Golf Links and Ocean Creek Golf Club are only minutes away!
Our 1500 foot Fripp Island escape features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - 2 upstairs (king bed and bunk beds with a double/single) and 1 downstairs (king bed). A pack-n-play is also available for those who bring small children. Many upgrades and renovations have been made in the last year. The villa features new carpet throughout the entire unit, new tile and vanities in each bathroom, comfortable new family room furniture, 4 flat screen tv's with DVD/VCR and cable in each bedroom and family room, Bose ipod stereo player, a new dishwasher in the kitchen, and a new downstairs master bedroom air conditioning unit. There is also a fully equipped laundry room area for your convenience and a full kitchen equipped with all cookware, dishes and glassware for casual dining or entertaining. For those needing to work on their vacation or just wanting to use the internet, we do have wireless internet which is available to guests.
We offer all renters the opportunity to purchase amenity cards entitling renters to full access to activities on Fripp Island. Amenity cards can be used for such activities on Fripp as the Ocean Point and Ocean Creek Golf courses, the resort pools (Olympic swimming pool and the adult beach pool and bar), and the Cabana Club. We will reserve your cards and they will be ready upon your arrival to Fripp Island.
For those unfamiliar with Fripp Island, Fripp has a full service marina and store which can launch or dock your boat, provide fuel or charter services for those who prefer to leave their boat at home. Fripp Island also offers rental golf carts, mopeds, bicycles, fishing boats, wave runners, and kayaks. Fripp Marina also is home to the Bonita Boathouse which offers a family friendly menu with affordable prices and some of the best sunset view on Fripp Island! The Cabana Club at Veranda Beach is also a family favorite! The complex features three pools and a steam cave, Willie's Wet Bar and various shopping opportunities. Also located at Veranda Beach is Camp Fripp. Camp Fripp offers summertime children's activities (ages 3 - 12) highlighting the amazing culture and nature of the lowcountry. Davis Love Park is a family friendly park with the Fripp Ship, a basketball court, volleyball court, and swings to watch the sunset.

Owner Description
We live in Beaufort and have owned our villa for over 10 years. I am also the president of the homeowners association and have taken pride in keeping our villas in tip top condition with beautiful landscaping. Because we live locally and frequently visit Fripp, we keep our villa in great condition and equipped with items that visitors want to complete their vacation!
