Come and get away from it all in this amazing two bedroom, two bath condo on the fifteenth floor, while enjoying stunning views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and bay! As you arrive at the Treasure Island Resort, park in your assigned parking place in the covered garage, and take one of four high speed elevators to the fifteenth floor. As you approach the condo, enjoy the views of the bay to your left and the peaceful waters of the Gulf and St. Andrews state park straight ahead.
The front door of condo 1503 has an automated keypad, which eliminates the need to keep up with keys or those awful plastic cards! Simply use the four digit door code! Once inside the condo, you will find a comfortable and relaxing haven that beckons you to come and truly get away from it all!
The condo boasts a large living room with plenty of seating for all, large screen t.v., dvd player, coffee, and end tables. The living room gives way to the large and expansive balcony which is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or lunch break! The balcony has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean, along with plenty of comfy seating!
In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, two nightstands, and entertainment center with a large screen t.v. in a beautiful and serene setting which also has balcony access. The adjoining master bathroom has dual vanities and an incredible shower with dual showerheads to wash away all of life's stress!
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is decorated in soft yellows, blues, and pinks with a wrought iron bed, two end tables, entertainment center and t.v. The second bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and hallway and has a tub and shower combo, single vanity, and lots of space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need and has all G.E. appliances, granite countertops and three barstools. From both the kitchen and dining areas you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf! The dining area which is an extension of the kitchen has seating for six at the Lexington dining table with hutch and buffet.
The kiddies will love sleeping in the built in bunk-beds or twin rollaway. The sofa also transforms into a queen sleeper which easily accomodates up to nine people. The condo also has a large laundry room with full sized side by side washer and dryer.

Hurricane Policy:
In the event of a hurricane or hurricane threat (valid June 1 - November 30) to our area and a mandantory evacuation is issued by state or local authorities, all or part - the difference between the time used and time remaining of the rent, minus the cleaning fee is refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Twelve weeks plus notice: all deposit returned.
Ten-Eleven weeks, six days: 75% returned 25% kept.
Eight-Nine weeks, six days: 50% returned 50% kept.
Five-Seven weeks, six days notice: 25% returned 75% kept.
Less than Four weeks plus six days: 100% kept.
All cancellations will have a processing fee. |
