Please be advised about the cleaning arrangements for the villa. Guests are required by Intrawest to pay for cleaning services: $134 US for daily trash removal and check-out clean, with the option of paying more for daily cleaning.
The Villa:
This three bedroom, four bath villa comfortably sleeps six, but has capacity for eight. It has two large balconies, dipping pool, full kitchen with connecting dining room, washer/dryer, daily cleaning service available, flat screen TV, and computer access. Air conditioned, if necessary, but nice ocean breezes keep the villa comfortable. Celebrated local architect Enrique Muller added his touch to the villas.

'Zihua' is a charming fishing village seven miles from Ixtapa.
The villa is located on the most exclusive beach - Playa de La Ropa.

The Resort:
The resort has an infinity pool, surf club, pool side bar, oceanfront massage, fitness center.

$500 security deposit to be paid upfront (in addition to the weekly cost) and will be returned within a week upon inspection by owner.

Spectacular, is all we can say. We are absolutely thrilled to have stayed at your wonderful vacation villa. Everything turned out just perfect and we wanted to thank you for the rental and arrangements. As you know the staff are a delight and extremely helpful. We couldn't ask for anything more in the villa - very comfortable rooms, ensuites, air conditioning if needed, and a huge deck with plunge pool and loungers. The beach area and pool is where we spent most of our time and the adult pool, shaded trees, wide cushioned loungers, palapa's and beach food/beverage service was decadent. Two incredible highlights - One was that we saw dolphins within feet of the beach front and second was the turtle hatching we saw when ~50 new born turtles hatch from shell on site. The special dinner set up on the beach with personalized service was a wonderful touch on Valentines Day. Looking forward to a repeat visit. Again many thanks for the splendid vacation ... travellers and friends from Vancouver, CanadaRecommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family spent a week at this property in Zihuatanejo last year. It was absolutely fabulous! I can't say enough about the facility, the amenities, and the surroundings--truly a vacation in paradise.
