You will have plenty room to play and relax in this large, nearly 3000 square foot, comfortable house.
It's size makes it ideal for large families or two families traveling together.
When you first enter our villa, you will immediately be impressed with the professional decorating and high standards of care this home has received. At the center of the villa, you will find a large relaxing living room with soft sofas, 250 channel, television, DVD, CD, and VCR for your entertainment. The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the living room with seating for up to eight people at our large dining table plus seating for three at the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dinnerware, and cookware you would expect to find in your own home.
Enjoy swimming in our large private heated pool, or let the jets in our spa warm and sooth your aching muscles. The pool faces South and East giving you full sunshine starting in the morning and lasting through the day. If you prefer to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade, there are patio chairs and table under the covered lanai with a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Beyond the pool and patio is our professionally landscaped back yard, completely fenced for your privacy and the security of your children and pets.
On the lower level there is a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom having a separate shower unit and garden tub. From this master suite, you have direct access to the pool for an early morning swim or late night star gazing.
Two queen master bedrooms are located on the second floor. Also on the second floor are two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
We have a fantastic game room located on the first floor. It is furnished with a video arcade game, a Play Station II, television, air hockey, a pool table, electronic dart board, microwave, mini refrigerator, and game table.
Naturally, the house is air conditioned for your comfort and has the added benefit of ceiling fans to keep you cool on those warm tropical nights. For our guests with small children we provide a travel cot, a high chair and a stroller. For your security there is a monitored security system available if you wish to use it.

B. S. from New York Just a quick not to let you know that we had a great stay! What we enjoyed the most was the quietness of the area. Your home is lovely. The teens really enjoyed the pool table. We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather plus we did not obtain pool heating because most of our time was spent out. We would love to rent from you in the future. Than you once again.

Dear Lowell & Donna, We had a wonderful time at your home in florida. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pool service came twice to service the pool. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (I'm glad I got the heatd pool) and it was a very short drive to disney. Just wanted to send you a quick note and say thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were used daily! The kids in the pool and for us older :) folks the hot tub was a great way to sooth those tired feet and aching legs after spending the day at Disney. The game room was a big hit, we played chess several times and the kids loved the arcade game! It was wonderful to have so much room, even with all 9 of us there for 4 of the days we never felt crowded. I have already shared your website with 5 people here at the hospital where I work that will probably be contacting you. We definitely will be back! Thanks again.
