Simple words cannot explain our experience from start to finish of this property. Great care and understanding was taken by owners Lowell & Donna insuring our 10-day vacation was memorable. From explaining our concerns,questions, to accommodating changes in itinerary. What can we say about their home? Clean, VERY well maintained, close to stores, and attractions. Pictures shown of this property, not the best. I'ts way BETTER!!!!!!! and we can't stop telling anyone who ask. This was our first attempt at renting and I'm sure VRBO has properties which don't live up to the Avery's standards, but we're going to defiantly do this again.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The owners and management company were very quick to respond to concerns. Enough dinnerware and silverware but we could have used a few more towels. Kids loved the game room. The only thing I would have done differently was to have gone at a different time of the year as it rained much of the two weeks we were there. I would definitely consider renting this house again.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather plus we did not obtain pool heating because most of our time was spent out. We would love to rent from you in the future. Dear Lowell & Donna, We had a wonderful time at your home in florida. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pool service came twice to service the pool. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (I'm glad I got the heatd pool) and it was a very short drive to disney. A non-refundable deposit of $250 per booked week is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
