    Simple words cannot explain our experience from start to finish of this property. Great care and understanding was taken by owners Lowell & Donna insuring our 10-day vacation was memorable. From explaining our concerns,questions, to accommodating changes in itinerary. What can we say about their home? Clean, VERY well maintained, close to stores, and attractions. Pictures shown of this property, not the best. I'ts way BETTER!!!!!!! and we can't stop telling anyone who ask. This was our first attempt at renting and I'm sure VRBO has properties which don't live up to the Avery's standards, but we're going to defiantly do this again.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

    The house was very clean when we arrived. The owners and management company were very quick to respond to concerns. Enough dinnerware and silverware but we could have used a few more towels. Kids loved the game room. The only thing I would have done differently was to have gone at a different time of the year as it rained much of the two weeks we were there. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

    Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

    B. S. from New York Just a quick not to let you know that we had a great stay! What we enjoyed the most was the quietness of the area. Your home is lovely. The teens really enjoyed the pool table. We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather plus we did not obtain pool heating because most of our time was spent out. We would love to rent from you in the future. Than you once again.

    Dear Lowell & Donna, We had a wonderful time at your home in florida. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pool service came twice to service the pool. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (I'm glad I got the heatd pool) and it was a very short drive to disney. I would recommend your home to anyone who is visiting the area, especially with a family. thanks.

    Just wanted to send you a quick note and say thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were used daily! The kids in the pool and for us older :) folks the hot tub was a great way to sooth those tired feet and aching legs after spending the day at Disney. The game room was a big hit, we played chess several times and the kids loved the arcade game! It was wonderful to have so much room, even with all 9 of us there for 4 of the days we never felt crowded. I have already shared your website with 5 people here at the hospital where I work that will probably be contacting you. We definitely will be back! Thanks again.

    Hi Lowell and Donna, I wanted to drop you a note to tell you what a lovely time we had at your Florida home. My mom has been a vacation renter for decades and commented that this was one of the nicest homes she has ever rented. It was the first home that had the dining room table beautifully set. The home was very clean, organized and welcoming with the swan towels on the beds. I have passed your website address on to friends who are interested in Disney travel soon and we would definately rent again on a future trip.

    We are on the last few days of our Florida holiday and are loving staying at your villa. It is a great size and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is fab with the hot tub being just the ticket after a long day out. The back yard is very private and not overlooked by anyone which is a real bonus. The villa is in the perfect location for us, quiet and private but within driving distance to the attractions. There has been excellent communication with you both from booking to arrival and during our stay. Thanks for a fabulous stay in your villa.

    Hi there. I am home from vacation now. Thank you so much for everything. We loved the house, had a great time! The privacy of the yard is wonderful. I really was impressed with that. Since there were only three of us, the house seemed huge, but still, we loved it. We are already talking about returning next summer. Our big activity was Discovery Cove. It was wonderful...a big day. Expensive, but well worth it, in case anyone asks. My 7 year old daughter was literally captivated by the whole thing. We did other things, but Discovery Cove was the big thing, my daughter loved swimming with the fish and dolphins. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you so much and I hope we can stay there again next year!!! I'm so glad we found you.

    I've spoken to the family members who arrived last Saturday and they love your home! I'm to join them this evening. Thank you for the management company contact information. I have already spoken to Michael. What a nice gentleman...the company seems to be a very nice, knowledgeable outfit who is making what could be a very complicated situation seamless. It has been 6 weeks since my family took advantage of staying in your beautiful vacation home. We really enjoyed it and it really was great that we could find a place that was big enough for all of us to stay together.
