This luxurious four bedroom condo has everything you can imagine for the perfect vacation. The 45 foot balcony has outlandish views and sunsets like no other. Ocean Ritz is a brand new complex with three and four bedroom condos with all the amenities.
It has s large over-sized pool which is partially covered, large over-sized hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, 2 high speed elevators for only 63 condos and 24 hour security. It is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach where great restaurants and wonderful recreational activities are anxiously awaiting your arrival.
This unit has four bedrooms and four baths with two master bedrooms. In both masters are king beds with 32 inch tv's and dvd's. The other bedrooms have queen beds along with flat screen tv's. The couch converts in to a queen sleeper. There is an additional air mattress stored in the closet for extra sleeping in the living room area. The kitchen (complete with granite countertops) is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room is decorated in a tropical decor of both brown leather and wicker. The beautiful greens/golds/browns are both "beachy" yet "soothing" and give you that relaxed feeling of home. The living room has an over-sized leather theatre sofa with extra chairs seating 10 to 12 people in front of a new Plasma 42 inch TV.

There is a 32 inch tv complete with a dvd player and cable. The dining room is also equipped to seat 12, with 8 at the dining table and 4 at the bar. The 45 foot balcony is described as "no other" and must be seen with your own eyes to appreciate.(Both masters have a patio door which are connected to this balcony). It will be your favorite place to be (of course except on the beach itself!) New deep seating teak outdoor furniture! All this with wireless internet, too. Just bring your laptop and if you must work...what a place to work !!!!

Libby -- you were a dream to work with and our vacation felt like one too! Our week at the beach went by so fast. The view was awesome. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The living area was just right to accomodate our group. I spend more time on the fantastic balcony than indoors!! Thanks so much!!!

Libby, the Tillman's, Snellgove's and Hutchinson's really enjoyed staying in your pretty condo. We had a wonderful time on the porch, even if it was in February. Your "home away from home" added to the enjoyment of our reunion! Thank you for being so pleasant to work with.

My family and I (total of ten) stayed here the week of July 26-August 2 and had a fantastic time.It is a great place for a large group to spend quality time together. We each had our own "space" with our bedroom and private bath and could be together in the living and dining area which is large enough for everyone to be comfortable.The kitchen is very well stocked and the decor through out is fantastic! The balcony is the best, I could have stayed out there the whole time!!!! Thank you Libby and your father for sharing this condo and being so helpful to my many questions.Hope to stay with you again!!! Kay Portland,TN

My family (husband, 2 kids, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, cousin and her husband) and I stayed in this condo the week of July 26th. It was WONDERFUL!! The condo is beautiful and the balcony is too. It was my favorite place to be!!! We had an excellent time. The parking is my only complaint but it worked out ok for us. We saw a couple of cars get towed for being in the wrong parking spot. We cannot wait to return. We are talking about staying in another one of Libby's condo's when we take our next vacation! She was great to work with and was there to answer any questions.
