Villa La Jolla, pronounced La Hoya, is Spanish for The Jewel. Once you see this luxurious ocean front estate, you will agree why it is the Crown Jewel of North Topsail Beach. Nestled inside the private, gated and secluded enclave of Ocean Sound Village, Villa La Jolla is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Stunning panoramic vistas, a professionally decorated interior and regal comforts, with attention to details, exemplify why this estate home can only be known as The Jewel.
This luxurious and private home boasts 7 bedrooms with 6 baths, five are unobstructed oceanfront rooms and two are unobstructed Intracoastal Water view rooms. Swim laps in the private pool or stroll along the sand dunes of the Carolina coast, just steps from the oceanfront decks and private beach walkway. This spacious villa features casual, yet elegant designs, reminiscent of tropical British West Indies.
The top floor great room is the heart of the villa, with it's cathedral ceiling, commanding an impressive vantage view of the Atlantic and opens out to a large deck. Watch your favorite movie on the big screen home theatre or relax to your favorite jazz artists, with surround sound speaker system. Enjoy tranquil, early morning sunrises from the upper level master bedroom or watch the sun set, while eating on the sound side covered porch.
Create sumptuous meals from your catch of the day, in the gourmet stainless steel kitchen, with granite counters and cherry cabinetry. Treat the family to a fresh clam bake around the enormous dining table that seats 14 or sort through your shell collection at the round craft table that seats five. The lower floor has a family room equipped with a complete media system, which includes an PlayStation console and games and video library, board games and a sleeper sofa for those late night movie sessions or parent free zone.
Unique features to the villa include hypo-allergenic mattress and pillow covers and ventilation system. Other facilities include an enclosed garage and a covered outdoor hot and cold water shower, with changing room. Weekly rentals in Prime and Value Seasons come with a complete linen and grill package, to ensure a stress free start to your holiday. (This package is NOT included with specials or other discounts.) Pool will be open from May to October. This estate home will sleep 20 people comfortably.
Restrictive covenants at Ocean Sound Village dictate that there is no parking allowed anywhere other than garages and driveways. Vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense. Please consider this when making reservations or travel arrangements.
