Unit 1409 in Shipwatch Villa is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fourth floor, point unit. It was redecorated in 2006, with new flooring, a new king sized bed in the master bedroom and a completely redone master bath with a walk-in shower.
This unit offers a very private balcony, with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a new refrigerator with filtered-water ice maker. The laundry has new washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a private bath and is furnished with set of bunks and a double bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 televisions, a DVD, VCR, CD/tape player and a stereo. There are also numerous games, books, tapes, beach toys and other beach equipment.
