- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The cabin sits approximately 200 feet back from the river's edge. An easy walk to the river.
- Mountain View: The mountain across the river comes to the river's edge. Is very beautiful.

- No Pets Allowed: Not suitable for pets.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There are two brick steps leading to the deck.
- Not Suitable for Children: This part of the river is very dangerous for children.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not allowed in or anywhere around the cabin however there are ashtrays provided on the opposite side of the premises where the picnic tables are located.
