This versatile arrangement of the units allows extended families to vacation together and have their own space. With a kitchenette and bath in each unit, everyone is comfortable. The single guest/family can opt to use a single unit. Each room sleeps 4.

You will walk around the corner to the Atlantic Ocean and all of the beachfront attractions incl. several year-round dining/lounge venues. The rear sundeck is ideal for some quiet time and the front balcony allows you to watch the world go by. You can also drive around the corner to routes 101/1/95 with no traffic issues for day-trips, additional shopping/dining, or an easy commute to work in the winter.

The Unique Benefits at this Studio
Our complex is privately owned and very well maintained by the owners association. This family friendly complex takes pride in it's efforts to create the best possible summer vacation experience for all. The heated pool includes a whirlpool tub and the pool area is covered - allowing for use of the pool regardless of weather. Outdoor dining on the large deck is an enjoyable change during the beautiful days of summer and our large gas grill is a great addition to our other amenities to provide the ideal summer home away from home for our guests.
The laundry and store on site meets the other practical needs wothout ever leaving home!
