Our beach house has an open and airy feeling with vaulted ceiling, decks front and back, large back yard, great for entertaining, with hot tub and barbeque. Living room has views of the ocean, double sleeper sofa, T.V. with V.C.R. Well furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.
Ideal for two families. On the first floor is a large bedroom with queen size bed, sleeper sofa and and full bath. A sliding glass door leads to a secluded patio for sipping morning coffee with an ocean view. Also downstairs is laundry room with washer and dryer, and two car garage. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with queen size bed, television and full bath. The second upstairs bedroom is kid friendly with a bunk bed (single upper, double lower) and separate single bed with 3/4 bath adjacent.
Nearby attractions: Ideal location for Wine Tasting, Golf (numerous courses), zoo, shopping, outlets, antiquing, fishing, horse back riding, biking, hiking, all ocean water sports, Hearst Castle, whale and elephant seal watching, fitness center, movie theatres.
