  This is our second stay at Casa Valero. We had a great two months in the Florida sunshine. We love the condo location and being able to walk to the nearby establishments. The beach is clean and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the ball parks in the area, greyhound races, and Clearwater attractions. We will return again. Thanks, Sam, Diane, and Molly the labradoodle.   We have been coming to Florida during the winter for 4 years and our stay at Casa Valero has been the best of all our experiences. The condo was just perfect and very clean with everything that we could need. The beds in both of the "master bedrooms" were so comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch while we watched the boats going by in the Intracoastal Waterway and we just loved being able to walk to the back of the property and sit on the beach. We have 2 dogs that travel with us and not many nice places allow pets, so we greatly appreciated being able to stay here with them. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, which was another fun experience. The owners have been so very considerate and a pleasure to deal with and we are already planning to return next year for a longer stay. Janice and Steve and our furry companions, Maggie and Sonny.

  Upon arriving at Casa Velero we were greeted with a welcoming bottle of wine which set the tone for a fantastic month. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated "beach style", and supplied with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is perfect for walking, restaurants and fun entertainment spots are plentiful, and we had the added bonus of a full month of sunshine and warm temperatures for lazy days at the beach. Our children and grandchild joined us for two weeks and had a super time. This was our first experience with VRBO and wanted to come back to Casa Velero again next year, but sadly it is not available when we want to vacation. Thanks to Linda for welcoming us into your "home away from home"!

  We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The special highlight was that the beach was just a walk away. No driving or trying to find parking. Beach equipment was plentiful, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, and beach towels. Your references for eating establishments was really helpful and I think we tried everyone. PJ's was a favorite for grouper sandwiches and clam chowder. Thanks again!

  Linda & Roger: We certainly have enjoyed your home away from home! We found everything to be great in every way. The beach relaxing & beautiful. I got some beautiful shots to paint.   I'm sitting on the porch as I do most mornings and evenings enjoying the boats passing, the birds calling to one another. As you have already read my guests have enjoyed their stay. Your place is like a dream come true.I feel truly blessed to be able to find and stay at such a nice place and we have had almost perfect weather.   Our family enjoys vacationing here..so relaxing.Great bonding time for us and the kids. walking,swimming,learning the names of shells,spotting dolphins in the morniing. The condo is so clean,comfortable,homey and spacious. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Gary & Susan

Reservations and deposit upon booking $400. No pet fees.
$3000/month plus tax  (one-six month rental). No nightly or weekly rentals.
First  payment of $1200 plus tax due 60 days prior.
Second payment of $1800 plus tax due 14 days prior.
Cancellations 30 days prior result in loss of deposit.
Deposit is refundable one week from departure (clean and good condition).
Maid service is optional and at renter's expense. No smoking, please.
Two month rental 2800 plus tax  six month rental 2600.00 plus tax/month
