Year Purchased: 2007
Being responsible for 3 horses, 1 dog and 15 cats combined with a real job requires time away doing things that are totally different. Like the beach, golf and spending alone time with my wife.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We are used to the country life. A noisy hotel that never smells fresh (think on the beach) and has a sand coating on everything is not for us. This condo lets us be close to everything we want to do. Included with the condo is access to the ATLANTICA. This is a club that consists of 3 hotels on the beach. You have parking, locker room, lazy river and the beach; what's not to like? That only 15 minutes from the condo.
Then about once a year we go to Dolly's place and Midevil times. They are a blast!
Combine all that with how quiet the condo is and if you don't feel like driving someplace there are 3 pools with a couple of hundred yards.
