Mark, We all had such a great time! The house had everything we needed!! (even and oyster knife!) The location was amazing and we went to the beach or Main Street almost every day! “Mark, we had a delightful two weeks using the excellent Sleepy Rooster location as a “home base”. Walking into Hyannis was most convenient. We made extreme use of the courtyard during the day and in the evening to help break in the new patio set. The information binder was a tremendous help in planning a variety of activities. The “Rooster” has a wide range of amenities so we lacked for nothing and the wireless – was especially appreciated. It all added up to a restful, enjoyable sojourn.”

Dear Mark: We spent a lovely week in the Sleepy Rooster. This house has “everything”. You’ve thought of it all. We had such a wonderful time. All of your special and unique touches really made us feel like we went back in time to another era! We loved the way you’re decorated. Our home in California is much like this. We went to P-town, Boston, did some antiquing, went to the beach, walked along Main Street. It rained two days, so we all sat around the kitchen table and played games. Thanks for everything and thanks so much for sharing your home.”

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here on Cape Cod. The Sleepy Rooster was a perfect hostess and exceeded our desires. The weather was terrific all week! Despite a rainy week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming Sleepy Rooster! The location (within walking distance) to the great shops/restaurants is terrific! Your outdoor patio space is lovely and we were able to seat everyone comfortably for a big lobster feast. Yummy! Although we did not count the roosters throughout the house, we added one to the collection….see if you can find it!?! We hope to return for another Cape Cod Vacation. Thanks,
