The South West 180 degree Pacific ocean views are spectacular with daily sightings of the Humpback and Grey whales heading North during the migration season ( January through April ). Casa Solterra is an easy short walk to the private Pedregal beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Walking throughout the Pedregal community's cobblestoned streets is reminicent of a hillside village in Spain. The varied local architecture is a visual delight.
A car rental is recommended to explore other nearby colorful locations such as "Cerritos" surfing beach and the artists community of Todos Santos, home of the "Hotel California " said to be the inspiration for the "Eagles" hit song.

Villa Solterra is a perfect choice for a Cabo vacation! It has a fantastic ocean view, very relaxing patio/pool area, an open design to let the outside become a part of the home, very appealing modern architecture, a kitchen perfect for even a gourmet cook and all that we could have possibly wanted on our stay at this villa. The bedrooms and in-suite bathrooms were just the right size and as modern and clean as the rest of the house. Of course the master shower is something you just have to see to appreciate...especially the chandellier. I have rented many villas over the past five years and can say this one is clearly one is one of my favorites. AND THEN THERE'S PEDRO. He can make your Cabo experience better than you could imagine. He gave us the local knowledge we needed to have a great time along with it being a good value. Pedro was very good at respecting our privacy but was always there when we needed him. From charter fishing to snorkeling to finding an authentic off-the-path mexican restaurant experience, Pedro was fantastic. If you want a truely "no worries" vacation experience I can't imagine a better combination than Casa Solterra and Pedro.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
