The kitchen is adjacent to the living room separated by a counter and bar stools. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The lower level has a full bath, laundry room, game room with pool table and foose ball. A den area has a king bed and the family room has two sofa sleepers, TV and stereo. The patio door on the lower level opens to outdoor grilling. This is a corner unit and the views from both patios and dining room are spectacular including a view of Lake Como from the upper patio.
Less than a mile from Lake Como and three miles from Geneva Lake, you can enjoy walking the rolling hills of the golf courses or the woodland trails, with wildlife and scenic views of Lake Como. The three championship courses include a club house providing locker room facilities, restaurant with bar, pro shop as well as a full golf practice area.
