Casa Del Sol Naciente - The House of the Rising Sun - is a spacious five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom, beach-front vacation home that sleeps 10 to 12 people. The house was designed by the owners in the spirit of "Homes of the Yucatan" and built by a local builder. Each bedroom has a balcony and a direct view of the Caribbean Sea.
Outdoor living areas are numerous and include an architecturally stunning 55-foot lap pool, with a grand stone patio for sunning. There is a shaded outdoor dining table that can seat up to 12 people. A beach-front palapa is for massages or lounging in hammocks. A round table and four chairs, with an umbrella is for sitting next to the sea.
The casa is a two-story, plus rooftop, concrete structure with natural limestone flooring on the first floor. All five bedrooms have direct view of the Caribbean Sea. Mexican hand-made terra-cotta floor are on the second floor and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a rooftop seating area for star gazing and sunset cocktails.
