Bad service, smelly and cockroach ridden!

I was VERY disappointed with this condo. Whilst the location was great, the agent I was in contact with was highly unreliable and would take a long time to return emails and acknowledge payment. She kept me waiting for 45mins on my check in day after telling me to meet her...I ended up ringing her and she told me she had left the key for me at reception....NO communication whatsoever. The condo was smelly, old, had cockroaches and there were droppings of some kind on the bathroom and kitchen benchtops. Some cosmetic touches had been done, but terrible old stained beds with the sheets to match. It really was grubby. No guest soaps and half a roll of toilet tissue....that was it. Lucky I was only staying for 3 nights. I will never stay in this condo again.

Great location for south shore. The condo had everything I needed for a brief stayand was very clean. I would highly recomm end this unit for its value and practicality. I have stayed twice and will return.

We had three nights at this condo since we wanted to be in the mix of Waikiki w/o paying huge nightly hotel fees. The location worked out well for us as we caught the trolley to shop at Ala Moana. The condo was comfortable. The only downside was not being able to enjoy a view from the balcony as the next building is right there! Keep your curtains drawn an its no problem!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.
