Bethany West has 2 community pools and 8 tennis courts. This house is located just 1/2 block to the back pool and the 4 tennis courts by the back pool. There are 3 dining tables and the kitchen is fully-equipped to meet all of your culinary needs. The house backs up to the canal with a dock for anyone who wishes to fish or crab. The dock is not usable for boats. You use the dock at your own risk. There is an 10x6 feet outside shower with a separate 50 gallon hot water tank for your convenience when coming from the beach. The Florida room has a picnic table, TV and play area the children in case of rainy weather and will accommodate 2 for sleeping. Sit and enjoy the great screened porch with a hanging porch swing. The owner has many VHS tapes for all ages and 2 VCRs and 2 DVD players. The shuttle to the beach is just a block away at the end of the street. Central air. Charcoal grill. Ironing board and iron.
The recreation fee for using the community amenities for 2007 is $20/person/week or $6/person/day or $ $160/person/season
This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and there is a 6% rental tax in Town of Bethany Beach. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany Beach and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit of such parking permits. Thanks.
This house is non smoking and pets are not allowed. However, the owner has pet in the house on a very minimal base.
