My family of 4 was looking for a condo convenient to the TPC club and the Beach Club and this unit was perfect. It was very roomy and furnished with everything you might need. We especially loved the wireless internet and the 42 inch flat screen tv. The screened in porch was great. It also had a large kithcen and a large sleeper sofa. John, the owner, was very flexible and great to work with. It is a very quiet setting and we would highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Stayed July 07. What a great condo..nice view from deck..close to TPC and Marriott. Professionally decorated with fantastic den and new dpl tv. Owner extremely easy to work with. Will stay there again.

We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2007. It is in great shape. Very convenient to the Marriot at Sawgrass. It has a great view and we loved the back porch. I would definately rent it again.

I have stayed at this address, during the winter months, for the past three years. It will be my home again this coming winter season. The condo is extremely well kept, very comfortable and with a plethora of relaxing amenities. The fully screened rear lanai overlooks a small lake adjacent to the TPC Country Club. Very quiet surroundings in a beautiful neighborhood.
