My family of 4 was looking for a condo convenient to the TPC club and the Beach Club and this unit was perfect. It was very roomy and furnished with everything you might need. We especially loved the wireless internet and the 42 inch flat screen tv. The screened in porch was great. It also had a large kithcen and a large sleeper sofa. John, the owner, was very flexible and great to work with. It is a very quiet setting and we would highly recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

I have stayed at this address, during the winter months, for the past three years. It will be my home again this coming winter season. The condo is extremely well kept, very comfortable and with a plethora of relaxing amenities. The fully screened rear lanai overlooks a small lake adjacent to the TPC Country Club. May-January .. $1080/week. Monthly rates available. Includes cleaning fee. TPC week in early May- Sunday to Sunday - $2400 cleaning fee included. Daily rate - $150 per day + one time $80 cleaning fee. All rentals require $300 damage deposit.
