Family friendly, four bedroom home on 28+ acres, with only 4 other homes. Built in 1998, our home has a screened porch with comfy furniture, as well as a sundeck. Watching the horses romp across the pond, or sitting on the deck waiting for Osprey to dive for fish, geese to fly in, or swans to float by, are most relaxing and peaceful here.
GUEST HOUSE:
Old blacksmith shop camp. Charming, modernized, comfy, on the pond, canoe included. Big, safe yard, Gas fireplace, linens, w/d, etc. Available starting May 15. Also available with Pond House. Bring the whole family. Both houses will sleep 13-16, depending on whether there are children, walk between houses, but have privacy in your own yard.
Canoe is provided as well as life vests, and you may rent other small boats to get to the ocean beach, about 25-30 minutes by canoe, seven or eight by motor boat. Five minute walk to a general store, library, playground, farmer's market, yet far away from traffic and a SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN. Owner, Debbie, will baby-sit for an evening out. Many references, I'm a "Grammy." Outdoor shower also(enclosed). A real treat! Many more amenities, just ask before you pack,and save some space in your car or luggage.
Spring specials! Long weekends, weekly, a month. Very Romantic! Special prices on request.
