Stay in our Beautiful Lake Home, called "The View" and you will quickly see where it got its name as there are few views like this on entire Guntersville Lake. This 2400 SF Home with 5 large bedrooms is centrally located directly on Main Channel (For Some Reason Sometimes MAP shows Home to be on interior of Pine Island Point, but home is on DEFINITELY Main Channell side!)located at 851 Pine Island Point, Scottsboro, Al.---Approximately 8 miles to Scottsboro, Al or 10 miles to Guntersville, Al or 30 miles to Huntsville, Al.
NOTE--Free DSL Internet hook up is provided, but be sure and bring your CAT 5 Hook-up Cable. Big Screen TV is definitely "1080 High Definition" and so is TV in MBR.
Home is Nestled on side of incline with most beautiful view and it is right on the main channel where you can enjoy watching the barges, boats or simply relax on your own upstairs balcony or downstairs balcony or at the entertainment deck located between house and boathouse and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or amazing sunsets in afternoon!!! GREAT FISHING right off Boat House Docks also!
The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with 26" Flat Screen HDTV with private bath and with separate shower plus a whirlpool tub. The other 4 bedrooms have 13" TV/DVD also---2 of the upstairs Bedrooms are lakefront with gorgeous views plus walk out of BR onto upstairs private balcony.
The living room offers a 52" HDTV with DVD/VCR combo player, CD player and stereo system with speakers inside and outside (you'll still enjoy your music even though your outside or on any of the balconies or decks). The kitchen is fully furnished and very modern as house is only 3 years old. Linens and towels are furnished. Washer and Dryer located in Utility room for your use during your stay.
Lakehome has Private Boathouse (Sorry, Inside of Boat House is for our use only and so as the jet ski lifts) where you can tie your boat up or use for swimming, but extreme caution must be used---home is on main channel and water is 15 feet deep at boat house and quickly goes to 40 feet deep in main channel. This home "IS NOT" recommended if you have small children! You can rent boats from Guntersville Boat Mart in Guntersville, Al. and there is Boat Dock located approximately 1 mile from this home right in front of "LakeFront Grocery" where you can dock your boat. You want be dis-appointed in this home if your wanting to get away to nice relaxing peace and quiet with no city hustle and bustle with "Awesome Views"---SECOND TO NONE!!!!

Why the Owner Chose Guntersville
The view is awesome--the house is right at the main channell where big varges go by..It's a breathtaking view..if you want to go shopping, you can shop at scottsboro about 15 mins from the house or if you want to go to huntsville, it's about 45 minutes.
