The best snorkeling in Hawaii is found here at Kealakekua Bay. Turtles make their way along the shore to rest, while dolphins frolic in the bay in the early morning hours. The crystal clear waters are easily navigable by kayak and the water is so transparent, you do not even need a mask and snorkel to enjoy the marine life.
