You will have a great time at this brand new Disney-like Resort, called SPLASH. This resort includes four very different style swimming pools, each designed for a different age group, and all Gulf front.
You will find a swimming area for the young or the young at heart, with interactive waterpark features, including water canons, twisting slide, water umbrella, tipping bucket and more. This area also has a larger pool and hot tub. All of this is overlooking 400 feet of white sugar sand beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Grab one of the provided inner tubes and float down the beautifully landscaped Lazy River pool. There is also an adult pool with cabana bar, tables and chairs.
Little Tike Water Play area is a fence enclosed, outdoor carpeted play pool area with fountains and interactive toys for the younger children. Barbeque pits in this area allow you to barbeque, while keeping an eye on the kids.
Lay beside the pool or in it if you like, and watch the nightly outdoor movie presented for your enjoyment...Strictly PG. (Certain seasons apply.)
An Arcade provides hours of entertainment, with video games, iron claw machine, 2 mini bowling alleys and more. Of course, it all overlooks the beach, Gulf and waterpark pool.
The exercise room provides a variety of state of the art equipment for a good workout. Naturally, it overlooks the Gulf.
This one bedroom, with bunk area and two bath condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.
The family room has comfortable seating for up to eight people. The entertainment armoire stores a 30 inch flat screen TV, with Stereo Surround Sound and DVD/CD/Radio. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an entertainment armoire with a 27 inch flat screen TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a marble tub with shower and granite vanity. Two hall bunks will be a hit with the kids. A queen size sofa sleeper allows this unit to accommodate six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything, from a side by side refrigerator to a food processor. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
A large balcony with bistro set and lounge chair, directly over the beach, invites you to enjoy the beautiful view and warm Gulf breeze.

Why the Owner Chose Splash
There is so much to do in Panama City. If you haven't been been there lately, then you will won't recognize it. One great new addition is the new Pier Park. Pier Park is a 900,000 square foot mega family entertainment complex. It is a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers along with unique owned boutiques and specialty stores. Free on the green concerts and scheduled all throughout the year.
Panama City Beach boasts sugary, white sand beaches and emerald green waters, but you will also find plenty to do off the beach. Just a few of the family attractions in Panama City Beach include water and amusement parks, a zoo, marine park, racetrack, miniature golf courses and more. There are many championship golf courses, and even a part three lighted night golf option. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving are available for hire also.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Splash has four pools, including a shallow pool with a children's waterpark, a lazy river pool, and a little tykes play area. Splash has a four star fitness room for the adults and an arcade for the kids that includes a mini bowling alley.

We are Paul and Julie Pritchard. We both grew up in New Orleans and both graduated from the Univesity of New Orleans with degrees in Accounting. In 1981, we moved to the Atlanta area and have been living in Roswell, Georgia ever since. We have three children, two boys, Chris and Greg, and one daughter, Blake. Although all three were born in Atlanta, they, like us, have grown up to be die-hard LSU fans. We suspect that our youngest may have to change her loyalty as she is now attending UGA! We have been coming to the Panhandle for many years and purchased our first condo at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin in 2003. Shortly after, we discovered all of the new construction that was taking place in Panama City Beach including the incomparable new Pier Park. In December 2006, we discovered a Disney-like resort called Splash. There was nothing like it anywhere on the Panhandle. We knew that it would be a great rental property and, as a result, a great investment.

I would highly recommend this unit. Very friendly renters and helpful. 1604 was nicely decorated and clean. Awesome views of the dolphins every morning and crystal clear water. Only regret is we didn't have another week.

We had a wonderful vacation at Splash Resort! The condo was beautiful. Comfortable and tastefully decorated, it was like home away from home. Our seven year old loved the bunkbeds. The pools were great, the beach was excellent. We can't wait to go back.

The Splash is one of the most relaxing, child friendly places on Front Beach Rd. The condo we rented was perfect and extremely spacious. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and my step son felt right at home. We HIGHLY recommend staying at the splash for those with small children and we will return soon. Thanks

Splash is such a great hotel for the kids-especially when the weather is not the greatest-which was the case a couple of days we were there. But we were still able to enjoy the great pools. SPLASH! is a fabulous resort. The condo was wonderful and the amenities were excellent. We are already trying to figure out when to schedule our return trip. Renting directly from the Pritchards is so convenient b/c there is no check in/check out process. Just show up and start having fun! Thanks!

THE PROPERTY THAT WE STAYED AT WAS THE SPLASH CONDO AND THE PRITCHARD'S WERE VERY GOOD WITH DEALING WITH OUR FAMILY. THE CONDO THAT WE STAYED AT WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH WASHER WHEN WE ARRIVED, BUT THEY CONTACTED US AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF ALREADY. For our 10th wedding anniversary & Milo's second birthday we wanted to do something special just for us. It could not have possibly been any nicer. Our suite at The Splash was absolutely wonderful. A super clean, super nice, well decorated home away from home. Milo literally played himself to sleep every day at the waterpark & beach. The gulf was so clear we could see Manta Rays "flying" along each day. Needless to say the view from the 16th floor is amazing. Super, super, super place to stay. I'm gonna have to compliment the staff here as well. Always a courtious smile & always asking if they can help with something. You just don't find that in many places. Pananma City Beach is currently going through a total re-vamp with stylish new shopping centers & family activities and The Splash is a real symbol of the new architecture & splendor that encompasses the beginning of this new era of family & fun in Panama City Beach. We'll be back I gaurantee it!
