Our home is in a prime location on Kauai's north shore, yet completely private, with an electric gate into the estate. The property is close to world famous beaches, attractions and activities, and is County TVR compliant.
This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished including linens, games, videos and music, with Ipod friendly stereo system. Riverfront property allows privacy and you can float down stream to a very private beach setting. Our location is in the middle of one of the finest examples of old Hawaii left today.
Each bedroom has a king size bed, quality mattress and new sheets and pillows. Nice bedroom furniture and fans in all rooms, including the main lanai, which is screened-in. Master bedroom is very attractive and has a new flat screened TV. The house sits up high overlooking the clear water stream and hosts ducks, fish and many other endangered species in a pristine setting.

We stayed at the Kauai Treehouse for 8 nights in September, 2011. It exceeded all our expectations. Fabulous location and the house was amazing. It had everything we could have asked for including beach towels and beach chairs. It was so nice to see the kitchen and laundry stocked with things like washing powder and detergent. The fridge had a good supply of basic condiments as well. We barbequed on the balcony and ate dinner by candle light. We are already planning our next trip back to Kauai and would have no hesitation in staying or recommending the Treehouse again. The kids enjoyed jumping in the stream and paddling to the beach. We spent many hours at Tunnels beach snorkelling with the turtles and we just loved Hanalei. Perfect holiday desitination and offered something for the whole family. We hired a car at the airport and a car is a must on Kauai.

We had a wonderful stay here in March 2010 with our 3 children, ages 15, 11 and 8. The location is terrific...a few miles from Hanalei and a few miles in the other direction from Ke'e Beach. This let us split up at times, because it was easy to drop off and pick up at various places. The house is a great value...we rented for less than two hotel rooms would have cost. The house had some really nice touches (great master bedroom, beautiful screened porch for eating, new stainless appliances in the kitchen), but also will probably be updated one of these days (bathrooms and kitchen countertops are older). That will be a shame in a way, because everything was so clean and worked well, and updating would probably make it less of a great value. Little things made a huge difference, just things like ketchup, mayo, etc. in the kitchen, loads of toys and games for the kids, beach equipment (towels, boogie boards) to borrow. We felt like we were at home the whole time. The setting is incredible...it really does feel like a treehouse! It's quiet and private and so beautiful. We walked to the beach and to the General Store. We would absolutely plan to stay here again when we can return to Kauai.

Thanks for a great stay in the treehouse! We loved everything about it and look foward to coming back again one day. We found it secluded but yet close to everything in Hanalei that we wanted to do. Our kids loved all of the games and puzzles too.
