Our trio of wonderful vacation & short-term rental residences is set in one of Venice’s most picturesque, unique neighborhoods -- the Venice Walk Streets. Many of the homes in this six-square block area - located just 10 blocks from the ocean - front onto pedestrian-only “walk streets”. As you might imagine, these front yards form one outrageous collective botanical garden, with a profusion of dramatic flowers, specimen trees, intriguing art pieces and exceptional architectural design. This area is home to actors & actresses -- Julia Roberts’ home is here -- music & film industry directors, writers & execs as well as notables in the fields of literature, fine arts, design and social good. In this neighborhood you’ll find history and culture, beauty and warmth, peace and relaxation -- all guaranteed to make your stay at the Venice Beach Cottages a truly memorable one. In addition to the "The Garden Studio", "The Venice Beach Cottages" offer "The 1920's Cottage" - a beautifully updated 2BR classic cottage (sleeps 2-6), and "The Treetops Loft" - a fresh, bright & breezy second floor 1BR (sleeps 2-4). All three residences can be rented individually or collectively to meet your needs. There's alsoa large courtyard patio area with a BBQ gas grill, seating/sunning area & dining table for enjoying the great Southern California weather.
