Breathtaking view of Mt. Redoubt (a volcano) across Cook inlet. Cosy private two story cabin on bluff above cook inlet. Property is 2 1/2 acres, half wooded.Located in Ninilchik, 30 minutes from Kenai and 45 minutes from Homer. Minutes away from several lakes and rivers.
Bald Eagles are reliabily seen flying by the cottage or even perched on the bluff. Watch for the common delight of seeing a Moose on the property,
Fish from the banks of the nearby Ninilchik River, or take a guided fishing tour on the Kasilof, Kenai or Russian Rivers. Fish for sockeye's, silvers, rainbow trout, and dolly varden, depending on the season. Clamming nearby.
Not recommended for pets or small children because of sharp drop of over 150 feet from bluff to ocean.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed, another has a double bed and the third has two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. Linens are provided.
