Our newly decorated one bedroom condo for two people is only 182 steps from the beach. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, especially the Screened Lanai and sitting area. As an added bonus, there is FREE boat dockage right outside this condo. And two 5-speed bikes for the renters.
Island life on Sanibel is amazing! Having a sub-tropical climate, visitors enjoy the outdoors and sunshine year round. Even if you don't know a cockle from a conch, you're likely to enjoy our 13 miles of magnificent beaches; sailboats and shorebirds are just steps from this first floor condo. Walk to the famous Sanibel Light House and fishing pier, learn the Sanibel "stoop" while collecting more than 200 varieties of shells.
