Our newly uniquely decorated, First Floor, one bedroom corner condo for two people is only 182 steps from the beach. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, especially the Screened & Glassed Lanai, sitting area and IN condo Washer and Dryer. As an added bonus, there is FREE boat dockage right outside this condo. With picinc, BBQ's, and sunning on the canal, watch for the Manitees & Dophins.

We had an awesome time at this Condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My 2 sisters, my boyfriend, and I all fit comfortably. We were fortunate to have our own laundry unit right there -- it was very convenient. The Grill-out area behind the condo was awesome, and very easy and convenient to use. There are so many nice grocery stores, restaurants and beaches to visit. We really had a fun, relaxing, and all-around enjoyable stay here. Thanks!
