Great condo and an awesome location. Close to downtown and just a across the street from the pier. We could see the fireworks perfectly from the front yard. Grand Haven has live music almost every night on the pier during the summer, and it was nice to be just a short walk away. The condo had everything we could ask for, and it slept our family of five comfortably. It was nice to have a full kitchen to make some of our meals and a washer/dryer. We also liked having a pool available to use. I saw some of the earlier reviews regarding wireless, which has since been added. This is a huge benefit because of the sometimes spotty cell service. The only recommendations we have are a recyle bin and a barbeque grill.
Owner response:Thanks JL glad you enjoyed it! Sorry I can't have a barbeque grill for renters but there are a ton at the beach. I did have a recyle bin there but people would forget about bringing it out every other week and it would end up all over the poperty. Thanks for the recommendation. Call us again next year.

We had so much fun on our vacation and the condo made it even funer! the bunk beds are amazing. They can make four of us kids fit in one room! We love the pool, we went there almost everyday! Thanks for making the best vacation ever!

I loved the fact that it was a short walk to Washington St. downtown. I could walk to the pier or beach too. Having a washer and dryer available was great. There was no DVD player but it didn't affect us that much. We did use the Internet access. We had four people, three adults and one child. I think it would have been crowded with 7. The condo was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to friends.

Our family visited this condo for Labor Day Weekend and were extremely impressed. It was beautiful, had plenty of room and was well worth the visit. Would highly recommend. The pictures do not do the condo justice as we were surprised upon the visit to see it is even nicer than what it appears to be on the website. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and well organized. The master bedroom had plenty of room for a crib and also included a comfy rocking chair. The location is also a bonus. You can go to the beach, do downtown shopping, have a pronto pup or ice cream all within walking distance. The pool was a nice bonus for our kids and for us in the late afternoons or during nap times. We really appreciated the owners attention to detail. Great place for the price! A grill and internet access would have been nice but not necessary. My husband visited the coffee shop each morning for access and enjoyed having that time to himself. :)

Very nice condo/cottage! Excellent location, nice small pool (with swim jet!). The owner is wonderful with communication. There is no gas/BBQ grill and there is no wireless internet access, so those items should be changed in the property features. Not having those items did NOT hinder the experience. This place is WONDERFUL!!
