This property is located on the ocean side of Hermosa Avenue. You don't have to cross any streets to access the beach. The property has three bedrooms and three and half baths. There is a two car garage and one carport space. The property has a large roof top deck with ocean, sand, and city views to enjoy while sitting in the hot tub relaxing. Walking distance to Hermosa and Redondo Beach Pier with shops and restaurants, the Comedy club, other local There are many great local spas with in waliking distance. The property has plenty of parking especially during peak season when parking is limited. The house is perfect for large groups or a cozy weekend getaway.
The large kitchen, dining room, wet bar, wine cellar and living room (a queen sleeper sofa) are located on the third floor with a large balcony to BBQ and dine while enjoying the ocean breezes and people walking by. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor Master bedroom has a king bed, a cozy queen bed guest suite, 2 twin beds guest suite, and a Murphy bed located on the lower level. The is a complete laundry room, 2car garageand 1 car port space. Each guest suite and area has a plasma TV with DVD player and Ipod docking station in the home.

We absolutly had a wonderful time in Hermosa. The house was very comfortable and the spa on the roof was a nice feature we enjoyed at the end of our days. Looking at the water and relaxing with a cocktail from the roof deck was great. We all really liked having our own TV in our rooms and the house was well equiped with all the necessities.
