5 bedrooms, 4 baths, with a large bunk room. Impeccably maintained and completely remodeled in 2004 by the previous owners. This home has never before been offered for rental until February 23, 2007. There are stunning Gulf Views from three decks. We're on a large corner lot 130 feet x 115 feet adjacent to an easement to the gulf and Sound.
Large living, dining, kitchen area accented with tongue & groove wood ceilings and bamboo flooring throughout. Built in entertainment area with surround sound and HD TV. Dining table seats 12 and the bar seat 8 with french doors opening onto the balcony with beautiful views of the beach.

Jo really helped make our vacation this year amazing with the Tiki House. We are a group of friends that go to Pensacola every year over Memorial Day weekend, In the past, we have stayed in multiple condos and one house in 2010, this year , we opted for a larger home, The Tiki House. It is truly an amazing home. It is large enough to accomodate everyone without feeling crowded. Jo sure knows how to set things up for an amazing vacation. This was our first year having a private pool, and it was awesome. It was nice for the ones that didnt feel like doing the beach all day, plenty to do around the house. Areas in the home are very spacious, especially the kitchen, plenty room for entertaining our group. Jo provides everything that you will need to stay for your vacation, it was really nice not having to haul and pack kitchen items , grills etc, The house is stocked with everything you need, you dont even need to bring beach towels, Jo has a closet full of them too. The house is well maintained , the yard is landscaped , it was really nice having a yard with grass not to track sand back into the house . Most of our group is from Louisiana, but had 2 drive in from Dallas and 2 fly in from California, the Tiki house is truly a great vacation home where have to leave to have fun. We look forward to staying with Jo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at The Tiki House. Such a beautiful home with so many amenities for all to enjoy. Great location with beach access. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We are looking forward to returning in the near future!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

All I can say is wow, this was one of the best vacations ever. Jo has figured out the recepiet for the perfect beach vacation. I can honestly say I will never go back to a Texas beach again if possible and will without a doubt stay here anytime I'm in Pensacola. The house was, well, perfect! It has everything you need from games (ping pong, pool table), to fully stocked towels and dishes. The house is designed for a large or medium size group and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Thanks again for letting us enjoy the house Jo, can't wait to come back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We come here twice every year now. The house is awesome. So many accommodations. The best in Pensacola Beach by far!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 40 years. As our family has grown, we have now found the perfect place to stay. With ages 4 to 80, there was something for everyone. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved that and the closeness of the gulf. The teenager loved the games, and the grandparents loved it all. Thanks for a well-stocked house: plenty of towels, beach toys, game room, lots of kitchen necessities, and a feeling of being at home. We will definitely return.Did you find this review helpful? Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tiki House. The home has a unique family feel and the backyard with pool, jacuzzi and decks were perfect for our kids. Jo also supplies a lot of beach needs (towels, chairs, toys) which is nice in that we did not have to pack as part of our trip. Jo - thanks again.Did you find this review helpful?
