Stone Harbour is a luxury condominium community located on the waterfront of the old seafaring town of Bristol, Rhode Island. Created from the historic 1840 Namquit Cotton Mill, Stone Harbour combines the history and charm of Bristol and the breathtaking beauty of Narragansett Bay. Size is 3200 square feet.

First Floor - The kitchen with Dutch made, wood custom cabinetry and granite counter tops has state-of-the-art appliances, ice maker, Wolfe 5-star gas cook top, 42-inch Sub Zero refrigerator with ice maker, two Fisher and Paykel Dishwashers and two sinks. The laundry has Frigidaire clothing washer/dryer.

The dining area can accommodate ten for formal entertaining and along with the adjoining living room has direct water views.

The ground floor bedroom with bathroom and shower is located in a quiet area of the townhouse for maximum privacy. The three-foot thick walls of the original mill ensure sound sleeping.

Second Floor - Consists of a spacious master bedroom overlooking the harbor with en-suite separate shower and bath with a large sitting area; a connecting study and entertainment room with large flat screen TV/DVD player and pullout sofa bed; and second bedroom with king size bed or king twin singles and en-suite bathroom with shower/bath.

For outdoor entertaining there is a large waterside patio.

Location - Stone Harbour is ideally situated near Providence and is 15 miles from Newport, two of America’s most historic cities. It is a one-hour drive from Boston’s Logan Airport. Bristol is the quintessential New England seafaring town, with a population of 22,469 boasting many historic homes built by Sea Captains and wealthy traders in the late 1700s. Perhaps best known as "the most patriotic town in America," Bristol has hosted the nation’s oldest continuous Fourth of July celebration since 1785. It also boasts an assortment of museums, historic homes, sidewalk cafes, and eclectic shops and restaurants to suit every taste.

Dining - There are 12 restaurants within an easy walk of the townhouse and a number of bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and a large children’s playground.
