Just walk out our front door and walk 100m to the beach, jump into the crystal, azure, waters of the Sea, no need to drive, take taxis or ride the bus. Unwind in the winter. Find pleasure in the solitude of nature, with walks along the beautiful beach. Walk down to the famous Loutraki boardwalk, with the many restaurants, cafes and playgrounds for the kids.

Enjoy life and relax any time of the year, after all, that is what vacations are all about. For the same price, you will pay for a class C hotel in Athens, you can stay in our air conditioned studio on the sea. Located in the town of Loutraki, one of the most well known and popular year round resorts of Greece, with its splendid night life, the beach and the hot springs (world known from antiquity).

Both alternatives will give you Athens but we include the sea. Our 500 sq ft air conditioned condo, offers the Loutraki Beach just out our front door, fast and easy access to downtown Athens via car, high speed rail (within 50 minutes). It can accommodate up to 4 guests, children included.

The town of Loutraki is strategically located within 10 minutes from Corinth and 50 minutes from down town Athens. You can take many day trips to the Peloponnesus (Mycenae, Nafplion, Epydaurus, Olympia, Sparta, Monemvasia) and other mainland locations (Delphi, Ireon, Sounion,), or you can take the day cruises that take off every day several times a day from the port of Loutraki. If you want to try your luck, well then, you can always visit the famous casino in town!
