This beautiful 5 bedroom 4½ bath oceanfront home has it all. It's tastefully decorated and designed to comfortably accommodate as many as 3 family groups. This home features 3 oceanview master suites with private baths. One with a king bed is on the lower (first) living level. There’s plenty of room for the kids too, including a game/TV room on the first level, along with 2 other bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk twin sized beds and a bath in between. WiFi is provided.
Enjoy beautiful views of the blue Atlantic from the oceanfront porch and from the many sunny and shady decks. There’s a cozy “sunset” deck, too, with lovely views of the maritime forest and ICW—a great place to toast the end of each day.
Amenities in the fully equipped kitchen include a microwave, oversized fridge, smooth-top range and a large, quiet dishwasher. There are full-sized laundry facilities on the main (second floor) living level, along with the master bedroom with king bed and private bath with garden soaking tub.
There's a private suite on the top (third floor) living level with 2 queen beds, a bath, and a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Outdoors, along with the many decks with fantastic views, there's outdoor gas grill, a private pool, a hot tub, a breezeway with hammocks, and an outdoor shower.
All of this located on a pristine beach that is more than a half-mile from the nearest public beach access. One minute from the high-rise bridge, with easy, quick access to shopping, groceries, golf, and wonderful local restaurants.

The pool and hot tub will be available without charge during the Value and Prime seasons. For the Price Break , there is a set up fee of $80 if you wish to use the hot tub and $100 to use the pool or $150 for the use of both. In the Getaway Season the setup fee for the hot tub is $80. The pool is not available in the Getaway Season.
