  I stayed here with some friends for a week and we had great service and the room was in fantastic condition. We had so much space and plenty of room for ten people! I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

  My stay in the Dunes of Panama Condos was unforgettable. The place is gorgeous without a doubt! Beyond expectations. My group had a minor issue with the padlock upon arrival but the problem was handled extremely well and quickly by the property owner and the maintenance staff. 10 of us stayed comfortably - very spacious, we had every amenity needed and the location was ideal. But by far the best part was the view....absolutely stunning! If you never leave the condo, you'll still have gone for good cause. I highly recommend renting from this property owner, and this condo in particular. I'd go back in a heart beat!

  What a view from every room. Loved the large balcony gave us all enough space to sit outside our own bedrooms. Great spot to view sea life including dolphins. Easy access to parking, pool and beach. Will be back soon.

  We enjoyed our visit to Panama City Beach over the Christmas holidays very much! The condo was great, so convenient to everything like shopping, eating, and the beach! The ocean views from every bedroom made it especially relaxing, since you could enjoy the ocean waves and the beach even from indoors, since it was a little too windy and cold a few days to be outside! We had everything we needed for a weeks stay with 7 people with the exception of 2 things: 1) there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (with 7 people we ran out quickly 2) the coffee maker did not work, which made it inconvenient to have to go out for your morning cup of joe The only complaint from our children was that the guest beds were not comfortable. But the king bed in the master was great! Also, in the front guest bedroom (red walls) the blinds did not work and did not cover the window since some of the slates were gone. Some insulated drapes like in the others bedrooms would be nice! All in all we had a great time and will definitely use the condo again!

  This must me the best balcony on the beach!!!!! Tina, the condo owner, was such a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt and there to answer any questions. If you are looking for a beautiful, well furnished condo with more room than you can imagine and the best view on the beach then look no further! Thanks Tina for sharing your little piece of paradise!!!!!!

  This was our second time to stay in this condo and it is a wonderful vacation place for any family or families. Very spacious enough for 3 families with no problem. Everything was very efficient and very well equipped with anything you would need for your stay at the Dunes. We have stayed at the Dunes for 5 or 6 years and this is one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in. Thanks to the owner for sharing her home with us and hope to stay with you again. Everything you see in the pictures is just like what you see when you arrive, very clean and well maintained and very well decorated. I would recommend any family or group when looking for a nice place to stay you couldn't ask for a better place for the money! Thanks again to the owner!!!

  This condo at Dunes in my opinion is one of the best! I have stayed at Dunes numerous times and never been disappointed. Yes Dunes is an established property, but this unit doesn't reflect age at all. Owner has done a great job in her renovation. All the furniture is comfortable, makes you feel at home. Kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. Ease of parking is a big seller for me, who wants to park across the road and walk 15 minutes each time you go in and out, here you park and literally are in your room in 3 minutes, even on the 21st floor. The ability for each bedroom to have a view of the Gulf and to access the balcony is great and everyone has their own "space" with this floorplan. Owner has been a pleasure to rent from and will def return.

  IF you have children then this place is AWESOME and HUGE. Owner very helpful with questions and suggestions on things to do. The decor was updated and very nice. Condo was clean when we arrived. Very very short walk from parking area to lobby. Great view from a HUGE balcony. Easily split between 2 families with plenty of room. ALL the bedrooms have doors to balcony. Third bedroom has it's own private balcony. Very short walk to beach which is GREAT if you have children and lots of beach "things". Great swimming pools and a store downstairs that sells things like cokes, beer, sunscreen and snacks. Have stayed several other places in PCB and this one is by far the BEST. I would recommend this condo to others and plan on going back soon!!
