Enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, living room, and every bedroom in the condo. This three bedroom unit has twice as much view as any of the two bedrooms. In this top floor corner unit, every bedroom has access to a the balcony. The bedrooms are very spacious with huge closets and each room has cable TV.
The condo has a total of 1900 square feet with an extra 400 feet of private balcony. The balcony has a variety of seating for relaxing and enjoying the view. This gorgeous condominium has been totally remodeled in 2007. The condominium has a full size washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of nice linens to make your stay feel like you are home away from home.
The Dunes of Panama has so many wonderful things on site. Park right in front of the building. The elevators are fast and not too crowded.There are two lighted tennis courts, game room, small fitness room, three swimming pools (one heated), beach volleyball, and 1500 feet of prime beachfront with beach service rentals available. Sud's Weezers is a wonderful little family owned gift shop, deli, and variety store with friendly service and great prices too!
The Dunes of Panama has remained one of the safest properties on the beach for years. The on-site security and the guard shack do a great job with keeping everyone safe and secure. The check-in is in bldg C and the staff in there can help you during your stay. You do not have to feel like you cannot get help from the office because you did not rent through them. We pay for that service so our guests can be treated well and have support on site. This particular condominium comes with two covered parking spaces. You can keep your car cool and/or your boat, trailer, sea doo, etc. It is a very short walk to the elevator... and you are covered the whole way, which can be nice in the rain. The two elevators in Buliding E are located close to the room. The access is very nice if you are not in the mood to walk a lot or deal with the elements.

- Three pools - one heated. Guard shack with security. Plenty of shaded gazebos. Tennis courts, weight room, arcade and gift shop/deli onsite. Our condo has 2 boucy seats, 1 pack and play, 1 high chair,and 1 baby bathtub. It is all tucked away in a closet if you need it. The condo has 2 closets in every bedroom. 3 of them are walk in closets.

Went for a week stay with the family and this condo is VERY VERY VERY NICE!!!! It is decorated beautifully. Its on the 21st floor which is the very top of the bldg and the views from the balcony are breath taking!! Clean and very spacious!! We will definately be going back!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My fiance and I stayed at this condo with a group of friends for a 5 day vacation. We loved it! Everything was so nice and clean and spacious. The views are beautiful and you can see them from every room. All of the bedrooms are very large, especially the master, with one wall of windows. There's a door to one of two balconies from all three bedrooms and the living and dining room. We will definitely be staying here again and soon! I'm hooked!
