TIDEWATER DREAMS IS THE HOME OF YOUR VACATION DREAMS! With a huge living area it is perfect for a family reunion or for relaxing after a long day on the beach or golf course. A large outdoor deck has room for everyone and a view you don't want to miss. Overlooking the major channel, the tidewater marsh, which is home to a variety of sea birds, and on the far side is a golf course. But the best part by far is the sunset, with its myriad of colors, reflecting on the water.
Who likes fishing?! I hope you do because this home is on the best 'fishin' hole' in Cherry Grove, ask anyone. Just step onto the dock and toss in your line.
Because Cherry Grove has a natural tidewater area the water rises and falls with the tide, but this home still has plenty of water at low tide, more than enough to get your boat in and out any time you like.
WARNING: Don't be fooled by pictures taken at high tide. By far, most channel/canal homes in the area are not on the major channel but smaller man-made canals. These canals have no water during low tide meaning if you want to take out a boat or go fishing you are a slave to the tide. The lack of water renders these canals useless for at least two hours before and two hours after low tide. Also, when you take out your boat note whether the tide is going in or out because you need to be sure to return before the tide is too low or you could get stuck for several hours.
