Hello, my name is Laura and I live in Vancouver with my husband and two young daughters. We bought our condo with the idea of renting it to long term tenants. Our dream was to create a space where people walked in the door and said WOW!! Our dream came true! We included the very best linens, towels, art work and furnishings! The best part of renting our condo is that we get to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world!
Why the Owner Chose West Point Grey
We absolutely love this area! The condo is located at 10th and Sasamat in West Point Grey/UBC area. Just steps away from the condo are some of the best restaurants, cafes and stores. The UBC Endownment Lands and Spanish Banks beach are all near by. It takes about 20 min to get downtown. The condo was built in 2007, concrete construction and everything looks new! Our condo is located on the second floor on the quiet side of the building facing north. We have many repeat guests and we feel so happy when people love the condo as much as we do!
