Excellent restaurants, bistros, eateries, boutiques, delis, shops, banks and other services are all within steps of your door.

The Avenue is 728 sq. ft in interior size, with an added 526 sq. ft. terrace off the living room. Located on the 2nd floor of the quiet north side of this four story building, views of the mountains and downtown are visible from the terrace.

High quality furnishings are provided to enhance your comfort. Hotel Collection 600 thread count 100% cotton linens, Hotel Collection towels, sofa/sleeper (double), upholstered living room chairs, a dining table that can easily seat four. A 30" LCDTV, DVD, & CD/AM/FM Stereo are provided for your use. Free Wireless Internet Access (WiFi) is included. Why the Owner Chose Vancouver

We absolutely love this area! The condo is located at 10th and Sasamat in West Point Grey/UBC area. Just steps away from the condo are some of the best restaurants, cafes and stores. The UBC Endownment Lands and Spanish Banks beach are all near by. It takes about 20 min to get downtown. The condo was built in 2007, concrete construction and everything looks new! Our condo is located on the second floor on the quiet side of the building facing north. We have many repeat guests and we feel so happy when people love the condo as much as we do!

Hello, my name is Laura and I live in Vancouver with my husband and two young daughters. We bought our condo with the idea of renting it to long term tenants and we soon realized that there were very few short term accomodations to rent in the UBC/Point Grey area. So, we decided to furnish our condo and rent it out for short term stays. (minimum 3 nights) Our dream was to create a space where people walked in the door and said WOW!! Our dream came true! We included the very best linens, towels, art work and furnishings! The best part of renting our condo is that we get to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world!

    • The place immediately feels like home. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the kitchen has more than you need to cook a full dinner for few guests. Everything is clean and new. The location is perfect - near stores, restaurants, and transportation; yet the suite is very quiet since it faces away from the street. I will certainly recommend the suite to anyone who comes to Vancouver.

    • We were lucky enough to have made The Avenue as our home base for a three-day visit to the gorgeous city of Vancouver. The location of the apartment is perfect in so many ways: the neighborhood is so safe and easy to navigate with all kinds of shopping and restaurant options, two buses to downtown stop right across the street (takes about 25 minutes to anywhere--but a very pleasant experience!), and as others have said, you can walk to a lot of great places! (A tip: the Mediterranean Grill next door has fabulous dishes.) The apartment itself is beautifully done and very comfortable, especially for two. The bed is divine, great if you have any back problems! I guarantee you we are completely sincere when we say we hope to return to West 10th Avenue soon!

    • If you are looking for a location where you can relax in luxury, walk to many 'Vancouver' sites, and enjoy your family with a sit-down meal--The Avenue is your place. We are a farm family and found it our 'soft place to land' as we explored and moved our children into their apartment to attend UBC. It is so much more pleasing than a hotel to stay where it feels like home. The Avenue also feels very safe and clean! I highly recommend this property and thank the owners for sharing. We will be back!

    • This condo is more lovely than pictured here. It is quite comfortable with a fantastic kitchen, lovely linens and flatscreen tv/dvd. The location is wonderful! We spent many hours walking at the Spanish Banks and preferred it to Stanley Park. Laura has wonderful recommendations for local food and entertainment and was spot on for all of them. Must see to appreciate.

    • We want to thank you for the excellent service and superb accommodations at the Avenue that you provide for us. Not only is the condo in top-notch brand-new shape, but it is also very modern and stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed and a spacious balcony. Laura was waiting for us at the building when we arrived and welcomed us. Laura was very helpful and undstanding. I wish hotel check-in was so efficient. The TV with DVD player, stereo and internet connection proved very useful (just as right now I'm leaving message in the condo.) It was a great pleasure to stay in the in the Avenue so close to UBC and all of point gray amenities (safeway, starbucks, and many other variety stores close by.) And we sure appreciated the underground secured parking on the days we are staying. Definitely beats any hotel on quality/value and we stayed at Vancouver's best. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know and will stay again in the near future.
