This is a 150 year old farm house located on 10 acres approximately 1 mile north of Wellfleet town center off of Colesneck Rd. There is only one other property within site of the house. The house has a large living area with a recently renovated eat in kitchen There is a 15x15 foot screened in porch off of the kitchen and a stone patio off of the family room. There is also an outdoor shower.The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have bunkbeds (one upstairs and one downstairs).There is a large front yard. Cable TV is available.
Wellfleet is a small village on Cape Cod known for its many art galleries and beautiful beaches. The beaches and glacial fresh water ponds are part of the National Seashore. In addition there is a natural harbor in Wellfleet where boats can be rented and sports fishing is available. The town has many fine restaurants and there is a summer actors theater. South Wellfleet has a drive in theater. Both private and public tennis courts are available
