Welcome to our lovely 4 bedroom ranch, located in the quiet bay front community of Sea Breeze, in Dewey Beach. This home is within easy walking distance to the beach, the bay, and downtown Dewey. Just down the street, the Jolly Trolley will pick you up for a short ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach.
Tropical plants and a hand-painted mural of the Caribbean welcome you as you enter the main living area. This home has everything you will need for a great vacation. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and loft, 2 skylights, color TV with DVD and stereo. The new furniture is comfortable for relaxing with a movie after a long day.
As you walk straight through the living area, the colorful kitchen and large table will easily seat 8 for a family get together or easy entertaining with your friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, washer and dryer.
The four main bedrooms are directly off of either end of the living room. Two rooms have new queen size beds; the other 2 each have a double and a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor.
As you proceed through the kitchen to the secluded outdoor deck, you will find a wonderfully enticing 6 person hot tub, ready for your easy relaxation after a hard day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower, picnic table and barbecue grill. The tropical feel of the deck is enhanced by an abundance of lovely tropical plants and sea grasses throughout the yard.
The finished basement is great for the kids or entertaining friends at the built in custom bar. There is a pool table, separate game room and ½ bath.
There is ample parking for 4 cars.

Just returned home from what was an excellent stay at this rental. The house is perfectly situated about 9 minutes walk to the Starboard but set back far enough so you can enjoy the privacy of a secluded back deck with plenty of seating, nice landscaping, and an oversized hot tub. There is ample parking as well as more than 4 larger bedrooms to accomodate several guests, The large finished basemnet offers a nice bar,pool table, and additional sitting area. The owner was friendly and accomodating and I will definitely be renting with him again. Whether you are all adults or a family with children, you can't go wrong. This single family house is obviously not situated on the beach but has a nice view of the bay down the street. If you want water front, be prepared to cough up 4 - 6k. If you want an affordable house with lots of things to do within 10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach...this place can't be beat.

My family and I just got back from a 4 night/5 day stay at this vacation rental and had a very nice time. The home was very inviting and spacious. It had lots of space for eating, sleeping and relaxing. It was very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay at this rental again.

Great large beach house. Will fit many people or multiple families in the house very comfortably. Large kitchen stocked with all of the necessaties. In walking distance to tons of places to eat, shop and the beach!
